We had such a pleasant experience at Malouf. I casually dropped in while window shopping and fell in love with 2 pillows. Redmond, the sales associate I worked with, was so funny, kind and helpful. He let me hold the pillows I wanted until I could bring my husband back the next day. We enjoyed our visit so much and I ADORE my pillows! Next time I am in Santa Fe I will be back without a doubt! If I could give another star, I would!

Jessi helped me find the perfect earrings to pair with a necklace I already had. She is also very knowledgable about the area artists and was able to answer questions about various kinds of jewelry. The store is located on the Plaza in Santa Fe so easily accessible. Its always attractive when you walk in. Ive never encountered a sales person that was tired of tourist. They are always pleasant, conversational and willing to pull things out for you to try. I wont say they are the cheapest in town but they do have very nice quality merchandise and some very unique pieces available.

Malouf on the Plaza is a beautiful store with wonderful products for available. I got great customer service and very much like the custom made earrings I purchased.

There are many places to find Indian jewelry in Santa Fe but Malouf on the Plaza has by far the most extensive selection of unique, stunning pieces plus the best customer service in town! I have purchased new jewelry and vintage pieces from them and also had my own pieces repaired by their staff of jewelers. They just are the best!

We travel to Santa Fe every year in early December and Malouf on the Plaza has been one of our shopping stops since they opened the store. I was passing by Malouf while shopping with my wife Linda and her sister. I noticed the necklace and earrings in the window and backtracked when they went in another shop. Jonathan showed me the necklace and it just seemed so unique. I took some time to think about it and later went back and made the purchase. Jonathan was extremely courteous and thoughtful. He wrapped the items as a gift and did a beautiful job. I hope to shop there again!

Jonathan was just simply amazing. I walked into the store looking for a nice ring and my eye was drawn to this BEAUTIFUL Armenta piece. Jonathan was very knowledgable about the piece and the company. Sadly my size was not in stock so one is being sent to me, Jonathan has been very communicative during this process and I cant wait for my next trip to Santa Fe so I can stop by and say hi in person.-------Two years later I came back to Malouf and Jonathan not only remembered me, my name and the beautiful ring I got last time. He was amazing in assisting me in getting a new ring.

One of the higher end “feeling” shops at the tourist town. Overpriced jewelry. I bought a ring there and loved it until I found other places sell the same ring for 2/3, almost 1/2 the price. You would have though Native American jewelry would be cheaper there because of the location, but somehow it’s more expensive. The associate who helped me wasn’t really helpful either. Though, I have to admit it was also my fault that I didn’t do some price research first. Shoppers be aware!!!

The facility is well laidout for shopping and seeing the awsome selection of professional, high quality indian jewelry, art and pottery. Their rug selection is also well done. We purchaded a matching ring-bracelet mens set in silver and gold that i wear often. Also a turquoise ring that is silver, gold and a supurb turquoise stone. Good value and high quality. Everytime we are in Santa Fe we return to see the latest selection.

Zuni fetishes made of metals and precious stones.They also offer clothing so the store is an emporium of Native American design.The attention is personalized and very cordial.Like almost everything in Santa Fe the prices are quite high, according to the very good quality of the offer and the purchasing power of the type of tourism that the city visits.
