I purchased my first pair of Birkenstock sandals this morning and the young man that helped me was amazing! Friendly and helpful! I can’t remember his name but his employee # on receipt is 592194 on reg. 1, location Journeys #597 Santa Fe Place Mall! I’m hoping whomever reads & reply’s to these reviews let’s him know I greatly appreciated his kindness....he went beyond making me feel welcome...excellent employee! He was there when the store opened as my purchase was at 10:15 am.

Great service compared to the neighboring stores.If you’re comparing shoes here or at the Zumiez next door… go here. The management is much more professional and they have way more variety and sizes.

The store manager is wonderful. He makes your shopping experience fun and easy. Very professional and very friendly. His team is excellent as well.
