He explained my options to pay so I bought it. Im upset because Ive been paying for my phone for a long time and I still owe $800. You guys sure know how to take a mans money.

They definitely deserve more than 5 stars. From the moment we walked in they were professional and very welcoming. We didnt have to wait and after a bad experience at another store we were grateful. Jereme S. Was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The manager even brought us cold water. Jereme spent time to resolve our issue and made several phones called on our behalf to find out information. He found for us the error on our account and we were able to call and get it fixed. We will definitely go back. For them its not just about sales its about giving excellence customer service. The sales person was unhelpful. He was completely insensitive to issues of the elderly and infirm. Poor listener. Unwilling to even show product. I have Verizon accounts, but maybe I should switch based on this salesman. Complete fail today.

My husband bought a phone here yesterday. We are spending time in Santa Fe but are from Michigan. We have had less than stellar experiences with other Verizon stores in our hometown so were very pleased with the excellent service we received through Sam at Cellular Sales. All of our questions were answered satisfactorily and the process, which can be long and involved, was painless and expeditious. I walked into this Verizon Store in Santa Fe, NM to ask about a security text I received. If it hadnt been for an excellent person, Sam Johnson, my husband and I would not have found out so many things about our plan, discounts and upgrades that have made our cellular life better. Unless you actually talk and work with a Verizon employee, you may never know how much more to make the most of your Cellular plan. Sam was patient, honest, and a consummate professional. He also went above and beyond a regular interaction in customer support. Smart as a whip too. All in a manner that truly conveyed what customer support should be. People forget that this Verizon store is where it is. Drive an extra few minutes. Its safe, convenient to a Walmart Supercenter, and friendly as can be. Hand sanitizer everywhere to boot. Go check it out. If youre lucky enough to get Sam, you will not be disappointed. Im a real customer fan.

Tried to go to the regular Verizon Store. Had to wait 45 minutes in my truck for them to tell me they didnt have the phone I wanted. Headed down to Cellular Sales and was helped by Jereme who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! They had the phone I wanted and all of the accessories that I required. Jereme transferred all of my data from my old phone to the new one. The whole transaction was super smooth and easy. And Jereme was incredible!!!! Would recommend this comapny anytime!

Aaron Pierrot is our go to person whenever my wife or I have questions or issues concerning our cellular service. He is a professional whose expertise can be trusted and is excellent at resolving or answering any questions we may have. In addition, he is a very personable and likable individual who never comes across as condescending to a customer whose technical understanding of cell phone technology may be somewhat lacking. His customer skills are excellent.

I had the same experience. Downtown I had to wait outside, nobody even bothered to talk to me, I felt like a leper!Went to the Turquoise Trail area, could come in straight away and noble Aaron was there to solve my needs. He was very patient, which is quite an accomplishment with me. He provided me with a new phone, transferred the data from the old to the new, which took hours, due to the volume, but he did not blink. He pointed out deals, was not offended when I declined and explained everything several time about the workings of this piece of high tech. I hate writing this review, because I want to keep this gem of a place for myself! When I came back a couple pf days later Aaron was not available, but he made sure my needs were met. The other guys and girls also did very well and were very hospitable. In conclusion: the couple of minutes it takes to get there from downtown are really worth your while!

Aaron text over his cellphone number for me to call or text when I was ready. That also went pretty good. I didnt have to come into the store. I will do all my cellphone upgrades with Aaron.

I normally never do a review, but my experience at this Verizon stored owned by Cellular Sales was so great I felt I should. When I could not get through to the Verizon local own store on the phone to schedule an appointment since the website would not let me schedule an appointment. I call the Verizon store owned by cellular Sales and not only go though to a human right a way, they told me to come in and they could help with the problem I was having. Visiting the store was just a easy as the phone call was. They swap the sims in both my and my wifes phone and changed my plan like I wanted to do and have not be able to do via web or by app. I was out in less than 20 minutes even with an issues on my wifes phone. Also, the issue my wife and I had went away with the new sim cards. These folk know what they are doing. I will now go to this store for my cell phone needs. Thanks Cellular Sales!!

Savannah is amazing!! Backstory: We upgraded iPhones through Verizons live chat and did curbside pick-up from Verizon on Zafarano. Turns out Verizon made a mess of our order and the sim cards. I spent over 2-1/2 hours in live chats with Verizon and they couldnt fix the issues. I called Savannah this morning and she said, I can fix this very easily...come in and bring your old and new phones. Sure enough, she got it all straightened out in no time. Savannah was extremely knowledgeable, patient and so nice! Not only did Savannah fix all of the issues that live chat Tier 2 tech specialists couldnt, she also encouraged us to complete our data transfers at her desk to make sure there would be no glitches later on. Weve been Verizon customers for over 14 years and were ready to cancel everything and move to a different carrier, but Savannah restored our confidence. Savannah is a tremendous asset for Verizon, and we will only trust her for all of our future mobile needs!

I randomly stopped in to check out deals on the new iPhone a few days ago. I honestly had the best experience. A young gentleman, by the name of Jacquaan was very attentive and extremely helpful. He answered my millions of questions. He was very patient and knowledgeable. When I do decide to go back (in the near future) I’ll definitely ask for him, specifically, to help get my phone and plan together !

Started new line of service and Jeff Meyers was attentive to my needs. He even got me in a screen protector and a case. I also finally understand a bill. If you get a chance check out this location for great service.

My eyes were set on getting Iphone 12Pro when I went in to open an new account. I was helped by a woman who had great customer service and helped me get an LG V60 ThinQ 5G instead of the Iphone.Although the Verizon Service is amazing, my experiences in the store after initial purchase have not been as great as when the woman helped me. I went in because my phone stopped working. It was cracked only on the back plate. The screen itself did not have a single crack because I had a screen protector on it. My point thus being is that my screen stopped working even though it was not cracked at all. I was told that it was odd that although the screen was perfect it wasnt responding. The back was shattered and dropping pieces of glass already. Since Ive had the account Ive been paying $15 of insurance. In which it states that screen replacement will be pretty cheap and that I wouldnt have to pay a deductible of $200 the way I had to in order to get a new phone. I understand that my screen was not cracked or anything and the back I know more than likely cant be replaced as easily or isnt as economic to as the front I get that. I sincerely feel like I could have been given at least another option that didnt involve paying the $200 deductible. When I asked why the screen wasnt responding if it wasnt damaged itself they said it could be a number of things but could be fixed by them but that Geek Squad might be able to fix the problem. I stopped asking questions at that moment. That visit I wasnt able to pay the deductible because I needed a Credit/Debit to process the payment. So I went back the following week with hopes of maybe having another option. That didnt happen so I payed the deductible and left the store not wanting to go back. Maybe there wasnt enough communication or I didnt ask the right questions or a simple misunderstanding, but I did leave this store displeased by the way my situation went and how it couldve been handled.I apologize for the long story here but times are rough and $200 could be used for many things other than for a phone that has insurance. The back of the new phone actually cracked not 3 days after I receiving it in the mail. Yes why didnt I buy a Phone and Screen Protector the day I got it on the mail. It wouldve put me down another $120 if I had done that. Its $80 cheaper than another deductable yes but $320 dollars to get my phone that I need in order to be able to work back is quite a penny.Like I said, apologies for the novel here I just wish I couldve been told about other options I had if any.

This review is more about Verizon’s general coverage than a store or customer service.Verizon coverage in this area is absolutely terrible. I have been throughout all of the lower 48 states and with Verizon for over 10 years. Coverage in the Santa Fe area is generally speaking the worst I have seen in any city I’ve visited. I had more reliable coverage and better speeds on I-40 in the middle of nowhere in West Texas than I do here in the city. Lots of dead zones and generally the speeds are awful.If you are considering a new cell carrier, I would t suggest that you have Verizon on that list, unless you don’t live in this area.

I was in this store a month ago and helped by a wonderful guy, started an account very informative and extremely helpful. I brought my sister in to move her from a different phone company.I was shocked. The helpful man no longer worked there and instead we were given horrible service. The asst manager and manager both were so extremely rude. I wanted to yell at the smug manager and the asst manager was clueless, dont know how either of these idiots have a job. Ive never written a review but had to do something. I will not be back and would give 0 stars if I could.
