The service was absolutely great and all of the workers were friendly. Rafael i believe was his name of the man who helped me. He was so patient and helpful. Ill be back to that store specifically for his service! Its people like him who brighten this world up! Hold on too him cause hes a great one. Im also in the service industry as a retail manager and i would hire him in a heartbeat.

So slow. They tell you one thing then someone else tells you something different. Asking about your service or any phone is an exercise in futility.
Apparently even though the store has hours posted 12-6 on Sunday, when you show up at 1pm the doors are locked and they poke their heads out to tell you “we are closed for lunch but we are open until 6 so you can come back.” Hey AT&T, if you’re going to close for lunch, post your hours correctly. It’s iPhone launch weekend and we want to get new phones, but we will have to try elsewhere.
I had a great experience at this store. Its easy to make an appt online. Its always honored when you arrive. I purchased my iPhone, had it delivered to the store and they helped me set it up. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Im really pleased with this team. Thank you!
Purchased a new phone recently and Shon was absolutely amazing! He advised me on all aspects of my purchase and made it so much easier to decide on a specific phone, accessories, etc. he went above and beyond to be helpful! AT&T is fortunate to have such a professional and knowledgeable employee!

Though it was closed when I arrived do to reasons beyond the staffs control, they explained the issue,, assisted people who only needed technical help,(connecting new phone to car) and once the issue was resolved, Denise fixed my issues in 5 minutes
They are so mean and slow. They wouldnt allow my service dog as the sales lady said she is allergic to dogs.
We visited this store yesterday afternoon and came in contact with Mari L. She was very helpful and actually turned my negative attitude into a good one with AT&T I have never had quality customer service with this provider until yesterday she was knowledgeable efficient and respectful. I have called numerous times to get help with changes and billing and I hate your robots nothing like in person quality customer service I highly recommend goin into the store I’m not a fan of calling anymore. If there could be more people like Mari answering phones and delivering quality customer service you’d definitely be a better business although I’d have to drive 1 1/2 hours it was actually worth the trip. My plan was so outdated but I never received any information or a call that let me know I didn’t have to share data anymore for the same price I went from paying for 5gb data for the same price got unlimited who knows how long I’ve been ripping myself off. Just wanted to say thanks to this young lady we are on a better plan with additional phones it actually makes sense now....
The people are nice and competent. ATT sucks though regarding phone support. Just trying to increase my data and discussing billing issues took me over 5 hours which was awful. After awful phone calls...I went to the physical store and had to wait but the lady who helped was good and tried to help. Unfortunately she had to call the same horrible phone support from Att... after an hour a person on the att phone support was so annoyingly unhelpful, argued with the store lady and then spoke to to me and was completing unhelpful and kept me on hold. Im fed up with them and will look elsewhere after thisI also had to buy a piece of hardware for$200 just to get on their business plan.... total scam which is industry wide.

They were really busy that day, but they still were friendly and took care of my situation. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and has really great customer service.
I always receive excellent costumer service with the store associates. Regardless of how long it takes they seem to know how to get an issue resolved or make their best effort to make you feel supported. Stephan has been extremely helpful and generous with his time. The wait time can be a little long due to people setting up accounts or resolving issues but you will be helped and will be satisfied. 5 stars again and again. Sadly this location will be closing sometime in November.

I went to the store on two occasions and was treated so rudely by the same employee. He had a horrible attitude and told me it didn’t matter to him if I discontinued my service. He couldn’t figure out why I was getting an “authentic error” and didn’t bother to try.

Large multinational corporations don’t get to “close for lunch.” This isn’t France. I had to drive across town to this store to see them closed at 2pm. Then, the woman who helped me upgrade my phone attached an insurance plan without disclosing it to me, and failed to inform me of the $30 upgrade fee. Lame store, lame employees.
I am a new customer and I got the best customer service from shon. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable in switching service. Shon is the best.
Although the worker had a great attitude, we were unable to get my moms phone fixed... I guess they are no longer fixing phones? We were given a number to call because we (at least) have insurance on the phone for a replacement. 🤷🏽♂️

I had a wonderful experience at this ATT store. I needed two new phones and a hot spot for my family. Not only were John and Shon very knowledgeable, helpful and very efficient but the entire experience was extremely pleasant. I can say that in over 20 years of being a ATT customer this was the best experience Ive ever had in-store.

When my phone suddenly died, I was worried how I would be able to get cell phone service again during this pandemic. But the AT&T store on Zafarano in Santa Fe, NM had two heroes who came to the rescue. Stephan Roybal and Diego Garcia were the best example of Customer Service. They were very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend these guys.

I am a Verizon customer, but needed help with a pay by day phone I needed for an area Verizon doesnt work. What a blessing to have Gustavo help me. I usually would prefer not going in to the store. However, his service was so exceptional, youd think I was the the highest commission of the day customer. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and when he did have a question, his, who I believe was his, manager was just as helpful. I had one more question after I left and the young man on the phone was too so helpful. This particular store displays management, which reflects teamwork. If I decide to leave Verizon, I will go back to this store and switch to AT&T.

Always busy, however the staff is usually really nice and helpful :) very rarely have I had a negative experience.
Went to switch over and did save money however the guy helping us didnt seem too interested in our company and had a zero personality level. Guy we dealt with a week before was nicer but misquoted us on the plan for first responders.. oh well hope this works out.
AT & T is horrible! After spending HOURS on the phone with tech support I ventured into the store to try to resolve wifi calling issue. Not only was the associate clueless as to what features were on our account...she was rude, lied to me, and then subjected me to a 90 minute wait while she (unsuccessully) tried to get in touch with their support team. I was promised someone would call or text with information (I had to leave for another appointment). Did not hear from any of the associates and problem was never resolved. I called Verizon today!!!

BEWARE - THIS PLACE IS THE WORST! Waited 2 hours to get service. While there are only 2 people working and one greeter, this AT&T Store has the worst service I have ever experienced. This is the only place in Santa Fe so you are stuck with the terrible employees. The management at this store needs to receive professional training, clearly the store suffers from good management. Over the past years, it takes about 10-15 minutes to update account settings, that is all I had done, however, they needed to delay me in such a manner to fill their quotas and show they are busy I waited over 2 hours. The reviews here do not make sense, unless you read the extensive negative reviews about the significant time delays. This was the second time I went to this store with the same experience and will be the absolute last. I could have drove to Albuquerque and back in less time and not dealt with the local lower echelon of bad service and terrible time delays. This store does not respect the customer at all and needs serious management improvement, they do not need someone greeting you at the door, they need to get the job done and not waste customers time! Terrible, terrible experience... NEVER AGAIN!

Absolutely terrible! I went in b/c my phone and laptop weren’t connecting properly, and when I asked the associate (named Edwardo) to help, he actually started yelling at me in the middle of the store! I couldn’t believe it! I just stood there in shock while the Assistant Manager (who I’m sure was a 14-yr-old girl) tried to get me out of the store so the actual manager wouldn’t hear about it. I don’t even know what to say! What COUNTRY am I in?!?!

Expect a minimum of two hours of waiting before they call you. First time I was there to add a service I had been promised, I waited three hours, only to be told to come back to speak with the manager, and that day was his day off. When I went back, the manager was there, and he said he remembered his promise, so he would take care of it. After waiting for more than 90 min. He west to lunch. During that time I was called, but because the manager had failed to tell his staff about his promise, I once again was told to sit tight. When The manager came back, he had a member of his staff call into customer service. After about 90 minutes of this phone call I wanted to leave, but was told they could not complete the call to customer service, if I left. So I waited. Finally, After about 3 hoursThe issue was not resolved, and I was advised that customer service would be calling Michelle the following day to complete the process. So far, I am not impressed by their handling of promises made. I learned that any promise made by even the manager of the store requires the approval of customer services headquarters. The staff wants to be helpful, but they lack the authority to do anything to be of help. When they are finally ready to help, they are at the mercy of an 800 number.
My experience at this store was quite a disappointment. I only needed to do a quick 3-5 min sim card purchase. I signed in and was told it would be a 40 min wait. I patiently waited the 40 minutes, and came back. Turns out it was going to be more like a 2 hour wait; no way, I was out of there. Highly inefficient customer service, to put it lightly. The time they spend selling a phone or gadget, youd think theyre closing on a mortgage or something. Do not recommend this store unless you dont mind having your day wasted.

Your store manager, John, is rude, condescending and creepy. He made my teenage daughter and I very uncomfortable. He kept asking my daughter how old she is. He asked 3 times! She is only 14!!! I cannot believe AT&T hires people like this.

I purchased a galaxy note8 that died on me in less than a month. So I tried to trade it in and had to send the trade in to the store. Well almost a month later still no phone. And I had to buy a crappy pay as u go phone for 60 bucks. Way to go customer service. Ive been without my phone for too long!
The assistant manager Paul isnt very knowledgeable. Many of the other employees too dont know how things work. I had to call up customer service from the store and explain to them what the issue was. Customer service had to then explain to the assistant manager what the problem was. Ultimately my issue did not get resolved because one of AT&T retailers had messed something up. However, what should have taken 10 minutes to figure out (if the staff had shown some initiative) took over 90 minutes to figure out. And if I had not made calls to AT&Ts customer service it would never had been figured out.Wish there were more competent people at the store.
People ate bery friendly, knowledgable and professional. Unfortunately, the amout of time chatting customers and/or lack of sufficient associates, leaves giant wait times for other customers.

It was a disaster! It seems it is impossible to suspend your directv account say your going out of the country for several months. You can not get any kind of written varifacation in writing. The internet was no help and the telephone just takes you around with misinformation. It would be nice to be able to go into your directv account and manage it yourself. But realy only directv can do that so the managing your own account is worthless. I have been at this for 3 days and have racked up 5 hours going nowhere. Life with directv should not be this difficult.
