I was having problems with my car with the battery dieing and being left stranded. The second time the battery died, I recharged it and took it straight to the dealership. I was informed that there was nothing they could do and that I would have to make an appointment and nothing was available for 2 weeks. I left and returned a day later because with the battery in the car left me stranded again twice. I landed up having to buy a battery and took the Nissan battery to the service department to see about leaving it there to have checked. Was yet again told that they could not look at it and that they needed to run a diagnostic and that they needed the battery in the car to do that and could not perform the diagnostic with the battery out of the car which I know is incorrect. I had to wait 2 weeks for the appt., charge the dead battery and put it back in the car and take it to Nissan just for them to tell me that the battery was bad and that they replaced it. As a loyal customer, I would expect that when a loyal customer is being left stranded and the service department can help, that they would do so and not make the customer wait 2 weeks for appointment. I had even just recently referred a friend over to the dealership who just bought a new car. While I understand they were booked with appts, this was an emergency because as a women, I should be able to depend on my vehicle and my service department to care enough and help instead of leaving me to my own methods to fix the problem. Very disappointed and when I asked for a reimbursement for the new battery I had to buy, they said I would need to call the 1800 number. I tried calling, leaving messages, speaking to a manager, and while 1 attempt was made to contact me, I left several messages to be contacted during the 2 week period and heard absolutely nothing.

The guys at the service desk Justin and I dont remember the other guys name, are great, they go beyond excellent customer service.

I made an appointment to see the car with Jackie purchase the vehicle and it was the fastest Id been in and out of any dealership... I was very impressed!!! I then decided to get my windows tinted and took it back to have them done and Justin Gutierrez in the service department was extremely kind and helpful. All in all my experience was top notch! Their service department does a great job and gives you a list of upcoming needs on the car. They do not ever pressure you or try to up-sell any of the upcoming needs. This allows the customer to decide when they would like to schedule for the repairs needed in the future. They also have a text feature to let you communicate with them and to let you know when your vehicle is ready.

Making the appointment was quick and easy over the phone. When I arrived they were ready for me and even shuttled me to where I needed to be. Scheduled a diagnostic and repair for our 2011 Pathfinder bc the AC was not cooling. It took 3 hours to diagnose that the AC compressor was out, which I knew that it was that or just low on freon. Then the dealership can not do the repairs bc they need to order the compressor and dryer and that will be 4-5 days. Charged me for diagnostics, and a “Sorry about that”. $179 and 3 hour wasted. tHaNK yOU, fIEstA niSSaN!!!

This was the first service for my Nissan Altima. The service check in was already prepared and awaiting my arrival. I was directed to the waiting area which was clean and there were light refreshments available free of charge. I was told that it would take 1 hr and the service was completed within the hour. The technician went through the service paperwork and explained line by line what had been done. They also ran the vehicle through the car wash! SUPER IMPRESSED and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Made the appt on-line, service staff were efficient, courteous, and well informed. Got the online status and opted for an additional service (front end alignment). Service manager called to verify and suggested deferring that service until I got new tires, and provided quotes for 2 types that were on sale thru Sept. His candor and professionalism means I will be going back in the next mnonth to get the new tires and an alignment.

My recommendation is to make the drive over to Fiesta Nissan if you live in ABQ. The customer service at Fiesta Nissan beats all the other Nissan dealerships in ABQ by a landslide. Its also a good excuse to visit the capital and see some landmarks. When I first came in Fiesta Nissan, they were very welcoming. They did not ask for my social security number immediately like other dealerships. Fiesta Nissan first wanted us to know if we loved the 2021 Versa SV and we did. The test drive around Santa Fe was amazing. They even installed a front license plate frame for us (were moving to a state that requires one in a couple of months). Overall, I am very satisfied with the level of customer service and attention to detail that the sales team (Gisela & Jackie) gave us with our purchase. All of my questions and concerns were answered by them and I have no regret with my purchase.
