I was there july 23 around 3:30 pm. The clerk was efficient. The recipe for the caramel on the caramel apples has apparently changed. Havent had one in awhile but the caramel was a great disappontment.

Very poor service! The cashier lady at the counter was very rude to the other customer and her child that was before me. She was also rude to me I love to support small businesses but sadly I won’t be returning here.

Dont waste your money. Poor customer service. Their employee thought it was better to continue counting inventory instead of addressing their customers. We waited for several minutes before I asked her if there was someone else that worked there that could assist us. She just responded, No, just me. I only wasted my money because my kids really wanted something. I called their customer service and the rep laughed after I informed them.

Chick in her mid 20s to 30s black hair behind the counter totally rude right out of the gate to tourists. Other than that it was good candy.

This place can’t be beat for homemade local chocolates! My favorite two things here are the piñon caramel apples and piñon rolls. I often bet their boxed chocolates as gifts.

I like it. I really did. My first time in Santa Fe and it was something that was terrific. I love how everything was so creative like. My first time eating Jalapeño Chocolate and it tastes very good. I recommend going here. Just bring extra cash, it is a bit pricey but it might be worth for a couple of times.

Awesome traditional candy, interesting chocolates, silly stuff for the kids. Try the chilie pistachio chocolate bar and the English toffee.Been coming here since the early 80s. Same location, still great.

Their boxes of assorted chocolates are great gifts to bring home from a trip to Santa Fe. Some of the chocolate flavors include unique regional ingredients like piñon pine nuts and spicy chile powder.

A small hole in the wall location of Señor Murphy Candymaker that is adjacent to La Fonda hotel. Pricey but delicious dark chocolate peanut butter cup.

My family has for years received boxes of Senor Murphys candy at Christmastime and it was a favorite Often we were fortunate that there was a Pinon crop and that added to the treat but, knowingly accepted those years where there wasnt a crop - the candy still had its distinctive flavor. Imagine our disappointment this year whenm in response to our regular order, we received several boxes of chocolates from some company we had never heard of tho obviously not Senor Murphys candy -- not even at attempt at matching the flavor. No letter of explanation, nada. What gives?
