We had a great experience. They can fit you with the best insert for your feet. I have a high arch, high instep, wide foot, and the inserts go in any pair of shoe. Now my feet, back, knees and hips dont hurt.

There was a shorter lady with black hair and glasses who just wouldn’t leave me and my family alone and when I tried on shoes she went and grabbed my toe to see if they fit I could have had a issue with a nerve or like an injury and she could have hurt me some people have personal space issues that don’t appreciate that I’m one of those people she also told me I couldn’t purchase men’s hiking boots because I was female so it kinda ruined my family outing probably won’t be coming back. 😐😐

First time in the store. I couldnt find anything, but Will was so nice and accommodating. He looked for additional stock and told me more spring styles will be coming in soon. I asked and he gave me information about construction in the area. Ill be going back again.

Got two pairs of shoes on sale, one sale price and second one half price of sale price.

This is honestly the only Merrell store that Ive ever been to. So Im unsure how the variety compares to other Merrell stores.Either way, I had a great experience! The team working the store was very attentive and took care of us right away.They immediately answered our questions. Even took the time to search the stock at other stores and helped me find what I wanted.

This store is such a gem, I definitely recommend. There are great deals to be had. I second all the reviews trust mention the staff here. I honestly try to avoid sales people when I shop, but these guys are so friendly and helpful that I appreciated their input.

I wish I caught the guy’s name, but there was one associate who was really awesome. Actually, both of the associates were awesome, a guy and a young woman. But the guy who helped me find my perfect pair of hiking shoes brought them out to me, swiveling the box on his finger like “tada!” It was dope. In the freakish world we’re in right now where people have a certain level of ridiculous distrust of each other more than ever before, that was really nice to see and experience while buying hiking shoes.

They lose one star for being too aggressive when it came to asking if I needed help. By the third time I was asked and turned down further assistance the message should have been clear.

The staff here is exceedingly helpful and have the right balance between letting you look and being available to answer questions or look for a specific size. They often run door buster sales which are exceptional values. Merrells quality is hard to beat on top of the all of that. My longest lasting footwear has all come from Merrell.

You can get some bargains. Im a fan of Merrills, so I should here regularly for shoes.

Every time I go into this store it is messy. There was a young man who was working and he didnt greet meet or help me. He was justing staring at his computer. I think that if a customer comes in they should stop what they are doing and help the customer. Lucky there was a young girl with brown hair that greeted me and assisted me in finding shoes.

Ive never been compelled to write a negative review but I was so humiliated by my visit here today. I came in on Sunday and asked the clerk if I could return or exchange shoes if it had been more than 30 days, she said yes and that I would receive store credit. This evening I drove from Albuquerque to exchange my shoes, was given the run around ( I believe there was someConfusion as to what I was trying to do and that my purchase was I thinking made over the phone). Ultimately I was given store credit and proceeded to shop additionally while also finding the size I wanted to exchange my boots for. The manager came up to me and said, what are you doing? and then proceeded to holler across the store, Well shes shopping ladies!! (In reference to the clerks) and proceeded to say that it was just an exchange, etc. I was so humiliated and left immediately purchasing only the boots that I was originally exchanging sizes for and did not feel welcome to continue to shop. This manager (male gentleman with longer gray hair) was so humiliating to me and his staff it was appalling. I love Merrell but I will not be shopping here anymore, guess Ill have to stick to online.
