I had gotten a tattoo over there and it came out extremely bad. I came back for a touch up and he was being extremely rude because I asked for someone else. When I contacted the other person he ignored all my calls and never fixed it even though they offered to touch it up free of price.

The piercer Joaquin was very nice and professional. He made me an appointment for my nose piercing and right as I got in he took me back he told me how to take care of it. It’s a very clean place to go for tattoos and piercings. He wore gloves and everything was in a package. Would definitely go back

I went last week for a scheduled piercing, and when I got there the piercer wasnt there. He said he had forgotten about it and wouldnt be there until two hours later. And when he did he didnt even apologize, which I see as very inconsiderate and unprofessional, which is a bummer because his piercing are very good.Not only that, when I walked into the shop, none of the employees greeted us, none were wearing a mask, the music was blasting ridiculously loud to where you couldnt have any communication and the employees would get closer to hear the customer, which again without wearing a mask. Not following the 6ft apart covid guidelines.Also, their restroom was absolutely disgusting. It looks as if it hadnt been washed in weeks. Very unsanitary. Very disappointed with the overall experience.

I had the pleasure of Kenn Vigil doing a cover up on a horrible chest piece. He was professional. The shop was clean. His work was amazing. The music was on point. And my cover up came out so much better than I had ever imagined. I highly recommend booking him. The before and after speak for themselves.

Im changing my rating to one star. I am giving it a star because the guy who pierced my nose was very patient with me. However, he challenged me to find someone who could change out my nose piercing better than he could, and so I decided to take up his challenge. It turns out that my nose was pierced at a crooked angle and thats why I couldnt get my nose ring out, which would ensure that I would have to keep coming back to him to get it removed and changed. It also left my nose constantly swollen because the inside of the nose ring was constantly rubbing against cartilage and bone. I would not recommend this place for piercings, and I have no intention of going back.

Two words. Lashawn Rose.She was so amazing. She edited my tattoo to exactly how I wanted it. Very patient and considerate. Her energy was excellent and my goal to find an artist that I can trust and return to for more has been 💯% completed. She made me comfortable and I feel this is important when getting something permanently done to your body. Ive been to a lot of shops and artists are all the same with their attitude due to burn out from having the same kind of customer. But the Dungeon in general has always suited our needs and every time I want new ink or piercings, I know where to go. 5+ stars for me.

Kenn is SO bomb. He did a tattoo my daughter picked out and let her sit there and watch it, she’s four. He was so nice to her and was kid friendly. He was fast and the tattoo was exactly what I wanted. Very light handed so it doesn’t sting with him like a tattoo normally would. Highly recommended! He got me in same day and charged a fair amount for the work.

Marshall is awesome. Saved the day after a different studio canceled an appointment last minute. He was super patient and diligent in getting my design right and I ended up with just what I wanted. Very clean, professional and knowledgeable. Will definitely go back to him for future tattoos!

I and my daughters, have had several piercing done by Joaquin He is Great and very compassionate. JP and Ken are very professional tattoo artists that have done work on myself and my daughters. The Vibe in the shop is so kick back and friendly and always playing the best music. these guys are the best at what they do.

I wont go ANYWHERE for my ink but The Dungeon. I have been working on a sleeve, and I wouldnt trust my work to be done by anyone else. Every piece I have is so brilliantly done. Every time I make an appointment, it is always confirmed and kept, which I appreciate because I travel 160 miles just to have my work done there. Clean and classy all the way!

Came in today looking to get a Georgia OKeefe deer skull done. The guy at the desk told me it would be impossible to do as a tattoo with kinds of finer lines I was looking for even though I have similar pieces already. He started showing me examples of clip art deer skulls that might work, but the point was to get OKeefes work and I didnt think it wasnt great that he was trying to push me in a different direction. I decided to head over to Lost Cowboy instead where I got precisely what I wanted quick and easy. I get if you dont feel like youre capable of executing a piece but you shouldnt tell people it cant be done :(

Im disappointed with the service here. The artist was happy to work on us until he tried a new gun for our hand tattoos, which didnt come out well. The ink came out and they got infected. We were promised theyd be fixed for no charge, but every attempt to get scheduled to have them fixed, the artist never came through. We wont be going back here.

One of the worst tattoos Ive ever gotten. I have a lot of tattoos and I can tell you this is one of my worst pieces I have now. The worst part is now Im going to have to pay even more to straighten up his work. They didnt even make a copy of my license or have me fill out anything! Isnt that illegal? Everything he filled in has lots of lines and looks faded already after a week. Maybe some other people had good luck,but my experience was terrible. SO if you have money and time to waste, and quality isnt a factor go ahead and take your chances. As for me I will keep looking around for a better shop.
