Love this place they always have little hidden gems if you are looking to browse for something new. Their staff is always helpful and friendly and its great when the item I went in for happens to be on sale. I have not had a bad experience anytime I have gone in.

Excellent wine, beer and alcohol selections. Their prices are very competitive. Wide isles, nice champagne and sparkling wine options. Mix ingredients are there too.

We found everything we were looking for. They have a huge inventory. A guy named John gave us a lesson on northern Italian red wines. He was helpful and knowledgeable.

This is a good Total Wine store with a large staff to help. It is nice to go into a store with such a comprehensive inventory. The only thing that I wish was different is the location. It is located on Zafarano Drive, which is one of the busiest and more dangerous streets in Santa Fe. The City need to work with the stores on this street to make it more safe.

Went in to get a wedding quote from another Total Wine location repriced at the Santa Fe location since it was about $1000 short for the number of people we expect to have. The lady at the previous location had good customer service but had no clue how to actually calculate how much we needed. For example, for beer she put down a six pack for 150 people.. This location in Santa Fe had poor customer service and the people pretty much didn’t care and said good luck. Overall the experience at Total Wine is subpar and you’ll waste less time going somewhere else where they want your business.

I typically like coming to Total Wine, today wasnt terrible, but the lady that was trying to helpnus seemed to be offended that I suggested to look in the other box. There was a special sale on a bottle that had a pen, but the pen was missing. So I suggested to check the box behind it, and she says, No, I am going to check this other area. After she couldnt find it in the other area, she dod check the box behind it, but no pen. Still spent 250 bucks on the bottle. You would have thought she would have been a little nicer regardless of the price.

I was told by a friend that I need to visit this shoppe. From the outside it looks like another chain store in your typical mall but when I ventured inside, I was amazed by the selection of products! It made me miss living in wine country and all the beauty of fine wines and Spirits. The staff is very helpful and awaiting any qustions as well. Try it youll love it!!!☺

Sante Fe NM has employees that are greatly versed on their products in their each section. Yes...their is a wine guy and a rum guy...different people was great.

I was there last week to see if I could find a good lager beer. There was a nice lady Liz that got out of her way to help me choose my beer. She was friendly and a hard worker.

Total Wine is a nation wide wine store and I love that I can count on TW for all my wine needs be it I’m in Raleigh, Phoenix, Albuquerque, Orlando or Santa Fe. This Santa Fe store is very nice and well stocked with high end to budget friendly wine, beer and hard liquor. Shop online or head to the store-you won’t be disappointed.

Total Wine always has a large stock of products, but this location seemed to have an especially good selection of cordials and aperitifs compares with some of the other locations I’ve been to. We were able to find some of the hard to find bottles on the shopping list for our home bar.

Best wine selections in Santa Fe. Easy to find what you are looking for. The staff is always friendly and offers assistance, but they allow you to browse without feeling uncomfortable. Great savings and discounts if you have a rewards card, which is free to obtain. This is our go to place for all our adult beverage needs.

I was excited Total Wine & More was opening near my house. I’ve really enjoyed their stores in Texas and Florida.I’m sure this one will come up to standards, but not yer. First, they sent me a coupon offering $1 dollar off 4 or 6 packs of beer and $10 of $50 of wine. I bought enough of both.At the cashier, first rang the beer and said it didn’t qualify. The fine print said it had to be more that a certain amount. My premium Mexican dark beer was 10 cents under!Then she started with the wines. The cashier said my purchase of $70 of my didn’t qualify either! She said the price on all but one of the wines I purchased ended in. “7”. Again in the fine print.This coupon tactic to get people in the store is below a reputable company like Total Wine. One employee actually helped me fine a particular bottle I was looking for. I mentioned the coupon and my need to get over $50. He showed me my wine and recommended another, but didn’t mention that Both ended in a “7”.I hope management reads this, but based on my experience, I doubt it.

This is the mecca for everything alcohol! I love that they have classes in the back. The service is friendly and the selection is unbelievable. This would be a good place to purchase a housewarming gift, a Hostess gift or a Christmas gift.

This place is great, they have every alcohol you can imagine and helpful staff that are always availiable to help but arent pushy. I always come here for the discounted 12packs of 7k IPA and anything else I need. They have a rewards program that recently gave me 5 dollars off, although it does take awhile to accumulate points. They offer tastings but only during certain hours. Much cheaper than Walgreens or a liquor store.
