I had an order for pickup today and had amazing service. Everything was correct and early even tho I made it in 2 different orders. The delivery person had to help and encourage my 9yo to fit the stuff in the back seat with him. Then some of it didn’t fit (my mistake) and I had to go in and out exchange it but I forgot to bring my target card in with me. Returns and Exchanges was so nice to me and helped me get it all sorted out. I’ve had to go thru these kinds of shenanigans before, and they’ve always been unfailingly patient and helpful.
Target really hit the target. For real I threw a small dart at the target sign and it was a 10/10 throw. My aim is just gorgeous. I would go here to buy onions and socks. There socks are white black grey maroon and tan. America is cool. Thank you
Manager Juan was extra helpful and all the staff were courteous and friendly. Stock was tidy and easy to find in the store.
A significant part of my order was missing. I feel that since I had paid for the items, that they had been stolen by an employee. I am hugely disappointed not to be eating chocolate waffles this morning. Since I own Target stock, I now wonder what kind of management the company really has.
Ease of use of drive up pickup - what a terrific experience. Order online, use the app to tell them when your are on your way and when you are there. within 1 minute they came and loaded up my purchases, and a receipt sent to me electronically. Unbelievably easy and efficient. Try it!
It was a quick trip for a wireless charging dock for samsung s21 5g phone. The price was fair.
Clean store and products are easy to find along with a very helpful staff.
This store really needs to work on their customer service and updating their prices. Some staff is nice and helpful and others just rude. I get young people get hired but they are not professional. Instead of helping their customers they talk about who they like. Other employees just seem miserable doing their job.
As soon as we walked in the store everyone was so so friendly. Friendliest Target we’ve ever been to.
They always get my curbside orders quickly and without mistakes. Also, they people who load the orders into my car are super friendly and fast. Also, curbside is FREE.

I was incredibly impressed with the associate. She was extremely kind knowledgeable and very fast. I was having trouble bringing up my barcode. No network. She beat me to it and had my item ready before I knew what happened. She asked me to verify that the items picked was indeed the correct item before I left. As someone who worked in retail for 12 years, I was incredibly impressed. Simply amazing customer service!

Saw something highly disturbing to me today at the customer service desk. A man was trying to return two items which were new, and in apparently unopened/undamaged packaging. He had a receipt and the card that he paid for the items with.The customers request was simple: to return the merchandise and be issued a store credit rather than go back on the card that was used to buy it. (The customer had wanted to do other shopping and stated that it often took 3-5 days for his bank to post a refund.Most stores PREFER this as they would rather keep your business, right? A gift card ensures that they do! (If this guy had showed up with a gift receipt thats what they would have done anyway, right?)The cashier was unable to do it because of the amount (About $400 I think) so the manager was called. The STORE MANAGER arrived and refused to do it without providing any explanation. The customer was angry but appropriate. As he left, I saw the possible reason why. The man was wearing full facial makeup and this person was likely Transgender or a Cross Dresser.I wont give my opinion why this customer was not treated in a manner by the STORE MANAGER to indicate they appreciated and wanted his continued business. Ill let you draw your own conclusion.

It’s unfortunate that I have to actually give this location one star just to be able to leave a review. They profile the customers. I wasn’t even in the store more than 2 minutes before I was approached by a security guard. He was so confrontational and made such a scene we abruptly left. I know this review will likely fall on deaf ears as this Target is one of many but I encourage anyone who has been profiled at this location to speak up because it is not okay. It wasn’t always like this. They must have changed management because it has gotten progressively worse over the last few years.
Did the free pick up at store today. Did not need to have any contact with anyone. Fast and easy. Highly recommend.
Target continues to learn - in the midst of this revisioning of our lifestyles - and to encourage curbside delivery. Because we cannot always know the level of care that our neighbors take in protecting themselves and others during this time of COVID, I am happy to NOT go into the store.
Today I had the best experience picking up my online order! It was my first time and I had no idea how to check in. One of the staff members was coming out to deliver to a car next to me, I asked him how do I get my online order? He walked over took the time to address my question. He confirmed my order and brought my items out right alway. Thank you so much to the employee! I wish I got your name!
Can’t believe fitting rooms are still closed. CDC has made it clear that covid is very low risk from touch contamination. You lost my business today. Can’t buy clothing without trying them on. Pure ignorance and an excuse for poor customer service
I had an issue with credit card fraud and the customer service group was really helpful as I was trying to figure out what the heck was going on with my purchase not working. They helped me charge my phone, and held onto my cart full of stuff until I could get to my bank to start sorting things out. They didnt have to do any of it at all. They were great@
On Wednesday December 2nd, 2020 I went in to Target Santa Fe and got Christmas decorations and other items as well. I bought the very last Lit Christmas Tinsel Hedgehog Novelty Sculpture by Wondershop. Now I admit that I did take it out to me car and didnt load it. So the next day I drive back to Santa Fe to find it or get a new one, hopefully. So I get there and this wonderful new high school girl tells me to go ahead and get a new one from the back of the store since she couldnt find my hedgehog in the lost and found. I was not charged for the new hedgehog. This girl took excellent care of me. Now of course since she did a wonderful job she must have done something wrong.So here comes the manager Brett Larson (spelling?) who has no earthly idea what customer service means. He then proceeds to tell me that the sweet girl messed up and I need to pay for at least half of my hedgehog. He also couldnt keep track of my receipt as he is wandering around the store trying to figure out what happened. NOW this man tries to tell me that my hedgehog from the day before must have been stolen from the parking lot! He said that everything that gets left in the parking and brought back into the store gets logged and placed at the front of the store for the customer to pick up. AS IF nothing gets picked up and re stocked after it has already been paid for by a loyal customer. So my question is, if I bought the last hedgehog (which I did) on Wednesday, then why is there only ONE hedgehog on the shelf the very next day? Im very confused at this point in my experience with this so called Manager Brett Larson. (Honestly, arent you as well?) Alright this is the end of my horrible experience. I paid for my hedgehog again and left the store. At this point I will be figuring out who is Bretts Manager and hope that they are more competent than him.

Target’s Electronics section employs some of the most incompetent and ill-informed team members we have ever experienced. My wife was sent back and forth to Guest Services (twice) only to find out another one hour delay would be required to order an iPhone. They desperately need technical and customer service training. Bottom line: we left and ordered an iPhone on the Apple website. Two hours wasted!
I frequently visit Target in Santa Fe, NM. Its always clean and employees are always helpful in directed me to items that Im looking for. Cashiers are courteous and helpful. Target is my go to store for almost everything I need for my household.
Went to this location. Store manager was extremely rude to me. Tried to explain a point to him diffrent then his. He then said it doesnt matter what you say arms crossed probably smirk on his face behind his mask. Dont plan on coming back.

I come here every now and then but I decided to do this 5 star review because of the customer service I received.Antonio, the gentleman who wears glasses was very helpful. There was a night lamp that was discounted but not in the package.I wanted to make sure that it was working and he helped me look for a charger that was needed to see if it worked.Also, the cell phone gentle men was a help as well since he had a charger to help Antonio and I out.Good customer services guys.Keep it up. Thats what brings people back.
When I switched over to CC, the process was fairly seamless. When I attempted to upgrade my phone at Target, the only outlet in Santa Fe, NM, last week, they not only had no stock, but there was no one there who would have been authorized to service and/or set up a new phone. What do I do? Do I have to migrate to a new provider?
I went to target a few weeks ago and I needed help with something and a worker noticed that I needed help and came up to me to help. Her name is Reina and she was so helpful and the nicest person. I absolutely love target and normally when I need something I always look for reina to help me out.

I have enjoyed enormously of the drive up option.Which allowed me to sit in the car nice and cozy while I watched others waiting in line to get into the store.
No hassle returns for one. Really great mix of products and good brands. Target is just a great place to go for everything. I Love that you are going the extra mile during Covid to have carts sanitized and ready to go, social distancing in an organized way at the registers, mask on both customers and employees, employees protected with plexiglass. It shows you are aware and care and I REALLY APPRECIATE IT! It makes me feel more comfortable and at home there and that is something I will remember and keep me loyal as you are to us. Thank you!

Good product at a good price
A couple months ago, I went to Target to shop early in the morning (supposedly senior time) for the first time in about six weeks. As an older person, for safety reasons I only shop in town every two weeks ever since the pandemic began, as early as possible, and I alternate stores, depending on what I need. At the Target checkout line, I was treated like a leper by the customer before me as well as the cashier, I suspect just because of my age. As a result, I have never returned to Target, and I used to love Target and shop there every other week in more normal times. I have written to Target online before about the rude, shabby treatment I received that day, but never got an acknowledgment or apology. I am so disappointed in Target.

Target is a nice store, but at the moment i dont have a car and was excited about their same day delivery shown at web site, but they dont really have.
Management is poor in terms of customer service. The quality of items available at Target is also going down. I prefer purchasing items that may cost a little more but last. Target is a big disappointment in terms of overall management. The other concern is that I do not see a diverse population of employees. Target is hiring primarily younger staff members which they work very hard but pay around minimum wage. Very few staff are hired that are middle-aged and older. The staff do not seem happy working at this store. Some seem very tired and stressed. I prefer shopping at their competitors nowadays but do shop at Target about 4 times a year for specific items.

Its nice to come in and pick up your product. Especially for a business, which is what my order was. I have also used it as a gift pick up when there is only one item in stock; however, when I shop for my personal needs, I do it myself.

Target has everything. Literally everything. And a few things you dont think you need when you go in. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when its crazy holiday season. Definitely enjoying the upgrades and changes theyre making to the store, as well as the new products they add on a regular basis.

The store is well lit, has a wide range of goods and foodstuffs plus the staff are friendly and helpful. As a visitor from the UK I personally found it more pleasant than Walmart.

I went to the Santa Fe Target to buy a cell phone through Consumer Cellular. Since I never had an iphone, I had a lot of questions and concerns. The Consumer Cellular representative (Clyde) was excellent, and spent 2 hours with me, answering my questions. The other 2 employees (Amanda and Josh) working in the electronics department were also extremely helpful and friendly. What I thought would be a stressful experience was actually really great.
The toy and electronics sections are very bad, I have always had a good experience with targets having a wide variety of items. But not here.
I mostly come here for toys and food. The staff are amazing! Very helpful and welcoming. No matter what the deal was they would help you out big time! They would even hold items for me if asked and would honor discounts and price matching.

Easy return
Not surprised they have an outbreak of COVID-19 among employees here. They do take some precautions but not how they should.
Target is a world unto itself. Red can be found adorning much. Its a special feeling when you walk through the doors and small the intermingled aroma popcorn and rich Starbucks sugar drinks. Its a lot to take in as you saunter down the isles finding fabulous deals.
It was pretty easy to order online, but I had to wait a while at pickup because there was only one clerk on duty and he had a problem trying to order something for some people and finally called someone to help him figure it out. There were several people waiting to pickup and it took about 15 minutes to get more help.
Like the new design and layout of the store. The only thing is when I ask an employee to help me with something they dont understand me because all they speak is Spanish. Like seriously we are in America the language is English. If I were in Mexico I would be expected to speak Spanish. Hire a tutor for them and make them take English classes on break

Terrible staff. It literally took 20 minutes to check out the other day because the checker kept fiddling and rearranging the items she had already bagged. We came home to discover we were short some items and we had been charged twice for some items. Self check out from now on.
Its really the only Target in town, but its the best place to get everything you need in one shopping experience. The staff is always accommodating and will get an answer for you right away. Perfect for making Baby Shower or Bridal wish lists.

Was happy with this target until I got major attitude when returning 2 items that i had for less than 24 hours. Heard the CEO stole customer cc numbers. Treated with Smirkey attitude be manager and register person. Would rather shop at Dry Goods (just joking) or better quality store that honors returns.
Nice helpful employees. Clean store. Wish fresh meats, veggies and fruit were better quality. They could add a section of local New Mexico products like salsa, chile and tortillas. I really like grocery items available as it helped make it a one stop shopping.
