Dan runs a great shop. He takes responsibility for every aspect of service, and makes sure one is satisfied and safely on their way. He is an expert in this field, a great communicator, and a great closer. He gets the job done, and regardless of how complicated the job, you feel happy that you’ve employed him and his shop.

The staff at Quinn Tire is very knowledgeable and professional. They take time to explain your options. I have been taking my car there for a few years for new tires, rotations and tire service and I have never had a bad experience. It is usually easy to get an appointment to bring your car in and they are quick to let you know when your car is ready to go. Everyone who works there is personable and helpful.

Quinn Tire has been working on my Silverado for a few years now. I showed up with a flat tire on a different vehicle and they still got me in and out in a short period of time. Great local shop Full of great people. I always recommend Quinn to my friends.

My daughter and her girlfriend were treated exceptionally well and were given excellent service at Quinn Tire. Not only that, but I lost $80 cash the day of pickup, but realized it was after hours. I left a message, and a man named Pancho returned my call. He found the cash and was happy to return it.

I was traveling from East TX to Santa Fe and picked up a nail in my tire along the way. The next morning I put my spare on and took my flat tire to Quinn. They were really busy so I left my tire with them and was told to return at 2:00. When I returned at 2:00 my tire was ready, but they were still short handed and busy and would not be able to put it on my truck for me for another hour or more. I decided to just take it with me and put it on myself. They did not charge me for the repair out of courtesy since they didn’t have time to put it on my truck. Excellent customer service. I chose this location due to Google reviews, so hopefully my review will point someone in the right direction as well!

I had driven a rental van down from Boulder and was going back the next day when a tire started loosing air. I couldn’t even find anyone to talk to at Hertz so I went to Quinn. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price and I was on my way. They are very straightforward and don’t try to take advantage of situations. They are just the best!

Quinn Tire was a great example of customer service.I had an appointment but unfortunately read the date wrong. The people at Quinn were able to accommodate my needs and got me in to have the oil changed.They were all very hospitable and professional and I was offered home baked cookies at the end of my visit. This is my go to tire service center. A great group of friendly people who go out of their way to help you. Yeah they sell tires but that’s not what makes them better. Quinn’s is a service center. Flat repair for your tractor? How about adding ballast to those tractor tires? Yep, this is the place. They have batteries too. Oh and trailer tires too. I know because I have had these things done at Quinn’s. Good place. Highly recommended.

This is a top notch, auto mechanics shop/ company. I had my front and rear brakes done. They also checked all my fluids and rotated my tires for me. Professional friendly service. As a woman, I never felt pressured into anything and they gave me the option on waiting on doing my front brakes, which were at 20%, with the anticipated concern for me being able to afford it. I’ll be going here for all future automotive needs. Fantastic!!

I take really good care of my SUV, I just don’t let any mechanic touch her. I was referred to Quinn Tires by a friend, she went on & on about how wonderful their services & knowledge is..... so I tried them. I have to say Dan & his team were awesome with all that was needed on my vehicle. She drives sooo solid, smooth & I feel like I’m driving a brand new truck!

I went here to get four new tires and had a great experience. I got to witness Dans excellent customer service and upbeat energy while I sat in the waiting area, and his staff was also very professional and polite. The best part was when I spontaneously asked if they could fix my front grill which had gotten pulled off on one side a while back. Ray did a spectacular job of repairing the grill, and the cost for repair was so low, I couldnt believe it! I highly recommend Quinn Tire for tires and repairs. These guys are great! I had a difficult-to-diagnose noise under the hood of my F150 truck that was slowly getting worse over time. It was a very quick and very intermittent squeak -- hard to pin-point if it was from an idler pulley? water-pump? alternator? serpentine belt? It came from that front area, but a stethoscope and other methods of trying to locate it were less than successful. So, heres the thing about the Quinn Tire guys -- they kept at it until they figured it out. I will admit it took awhile, and it involved swapping out some parts that, as it turned out, didnt need replacement. But in the end they figured out that it was the camshaft synchronizer and made a successful replacement. (I will note that I have owned four F150s over the past 25 years, have some good familiarity with what is under their hoods, and this is a part I have never had go out before -- even my brother, who wrenches on trucks all the time, had not had any experience with it.)So youre probably thinking, wow, Ill bet they stuck it to you on that circuitous diagnosis. Well, the answer is no, they didnt. They are the rare-birds that, first and foremost, want to do right by their customers; they are more concerned with that, than with passing on unnecessary expenses. I got a more-than-fair bill, consistently pleasant interactions with them, and their genuine determination to get my truck back on the road. Over the years I have grown somewhat cynical and skeptical about the concept of good customer service -- there is a deficit of that in many businesses these days. But Quinn Tire honors that old-fashioned concept. Im driving my smoothly running truck, with a good feeling about Quinn Tire and Automotive.

Quinn Tire was able to order the exact tires I needed to replace my aged out RV tires. They are centrally located in Santa Fe with plenty of parking and a nice reception/waiting area. Their mechanics have been with them for years and it is a family-owned business, all good signs when I am looking for someone to maintain my vehicles. They will get all of my tire business going forward and all the maintenance on my Class B RV. I highly recommend them.

I’m new in town. I needed to have my tires rotated & a friend of mine referred me to another tire service company. Before I went there I ckd their reviews. I found the referred company only had three out of five stars however Quinn tire and automotive had a five star rating. They were great! they got me in quickly & at a reasonable in rate!

This team is fantastic. They were professional, instilled confidence and are clearly experienced automotive professionals.We had some issues with an alignment prior to purchasing new tires with them. My Dodge Ram sport 1500 truck had front tires that were showing excessive wear. After an initial survey, I set an appointment and they tried very hard to make it right. Regrettably the tie rods were not sufficient to complete the task. There explanation of what needed to be remedied was thorough and detailed. After showing me the alignment specs and what they suggested I needed to do, they referred me to another local shop.Their honesty and willingness to do the right thing and only offer quality work is truly exemplary. I would refer anyone with automotive service needs to check here first and see if they can do the work.Great team, great company. I highly recommend Quin Tire. This week, Quin misdiagnosed a tire on my car. When I had a flat later the same day, they not only paid the full cost of my new replacement tire (which I had not asked for or expected), but they shuttled me from work to help me save lost time. I scheduled an alignment for our vehicle after receiving new tires.The technician calibrated and tweaked the suspension and walked me through the full report. Very professional and friendly staff.While I was waiting in their comfortable waiting room, (setup w/satellite TV, Keurig coffee/tea maker, water dispenser) another customer asked if they could look at her splash guard as the dealer would charge an arm and a leg. They didnt hesitate and helped the customer. Another gentlemen came in and had a difficult time speaking to the front desk. They were polite, patient and friendly while working with him. We will be back for future work because they care about the customer.

I had been recommended this place by several people, so was quite excited when my brother purchased tires for my truck from them. However, a couple weeks after purchasing the tires (less than 1500 miles), I got a flat tire. Upon taking it into the shop for repair, I was told that there was no road hazard coverage on my tires, despite the fact that we had paid for it and because there was sidewall damage it wouldnt be covered anyways. I said ok, I will buy a new tire but would like to ensure I have road hazard coverage on my new tire and I need to make sure sidewall damage would be covered. Dan at the front desk is one of the rudest individuals I have ever dealt with. He essentially told me that he, or his tires, wont be held responsible for my poor driving (I had a nail in my tire from a jobsite). Upon purchasing a tire from another tire store yesterday, I was informed it is manufacturer policy for the tire I had purchased from Quinn to honor a sidewall damage with road hazard coverage. They also told me that theyd far rather see me safe and not changing my tire in the middle lane of traffic, as Dan told me I should have done. Please dont let Dan take advantage of you as he did me!
