Excellent! Had work done at the dealer on my Mercedes Sprinter van. Turned out that the exhaust pipe was badly rusted in a couple of places, and they couldnt get a new one for at least two weeks. Drove the van over to Meineke, and the super-friendly, super-helpful folks there put it on the lift within 45 minutes, and a couple of hours later had built me a new pipe, re-routing it to miss the propane tank I added as part of the van build. No cheaper than the dealer price for a new pipe, but done quickly, excellently (from appearance, at least), and with great customer service. Strongly recommend based on this experience.

Meineke always does an exceptional job on our vehicles. We don’t mind the drive out from Taos because we know our vehicles are in good hands.

Raul cut us a good deal on some unexpected electrical issues while converting our AC from R12 to the modern standard refrigerant. AC is amazing now, no other issues so far with anything after a day. Im very happy with how this turned out.

I was extremely impressed with the service at Meineke on Rodeo Road. Raul is very professional, and explained in detail what was going on with my car. He also showed me the part that had gone bad, as well as spending extra time trying to locate a rental car. In addition, they performed a synthetic oil change, which was on sale at the time.The location is right by the shopping mall, so that worked well, while waiting for the work to be completed. They got us in immediately. Were incredibly reasonable and thoughtful in their assessment. We have an old car so it was nice to see they didnt push any unnecessary work. I am normally skeptical of chain stores but these guys acted like a mom and pop shop with genuine care and authority.

Ramon the owner is very friendly but the guy that worked on my vehicle is very rude...I thought the brake check was free and wasn’t told there was a fee, I feel that should have been discussed due to it was 70.00.The service guy wasn’t told to do my oil change and because of how busy they got he was In a hurry so I had to wait another hour, he also forgot to reset my mileage and my tracking of gas which I had to turn back once I left for them to reset it....once again the guy was very rude. Not sure if I will go back, as I have been going there for years and personally the kind of service that is provided all together makes a Hugh difference...I was there 2 1/2 hours for the check of my brakes and oil change. Not to happy about that

Our check engine light went on while we were on a vacation in Santa Fe. Raul at Meineke was extremely nice and did a diagnostic, gave us advice on how to handle everything and wouldnt even take any money.

Ramon and Raul were willing to take on a very complicated and time-consuming replacement of rear differential on a very rusted 2000 Toyota 4Runner that no one else wanted to touch. They were friendly and communicative and never condescending to me. The cost was 4x the original (tentative) quote, but this is because of dealing with a very rusty undercarriage, generally, and the replacement parts my husband and I ordered unfortunately also had some rust, so some additional replacements were made by the Meineke team. Really appreciate these guys for this work.

I went in for an oil change after having gotten a text and an email and the manager said that they hadnt gotten my reservation because it didnt go through through their computer which has been down for many months I was going to have to wait 1 and 1/2 to 2 hours just to get my car in. It was a big inconvenience to have to come back because I had to go to my dental appointment he came back in pain and had to wait another half hour before they took my car in for an oil change I loved the price but I hated the wait if I recommend this place Ill recommend that they call instead of making the appointments online

They grinded down and rewelded an old exhaust flange in no time at all. I had just come back to get our shop key and they were already done. And charged me less than the original estimate.The service is one of the best Ive had in NM.

Overall it was a really good experience. I took my husband’s car in for an oil change; the techs made suggestions about a few other things to look at; they were very kind, professional, and the services were very fairly priced.The only reason I’m giving a 4 instead of a 5 is that while one employee did put on a mask when I checked in, some of the others — even ones who spoke to me at a close distance — didn’t, so that wasn’t as safe as I would have liked

Meineke Santa Fe did quick, professional repairs on my 1988 Toyota Land Cruiser and 2006 Land Rover. I bought parts for both of these cars months before, but couldn’t find someone willing to do the work. They managed to fit me in on short notice. In 2 days my A/C system was fully repaired (for 1/2 the cost the dealer wanted to charge) and they replaced the speedometer cable on the Toyota. They are friendly, capable, and honest and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to all.

Initially my experience was good, quick and friendly. Today I did my own oil change and found a few problems. I grew up working on and racing cars, so an oil change is easy to do. I used this shop due to time constraints with my business. I will make the time in the future! The first problem. The drain plug required an 18 inch breaker bar to loosen indicating the bolt was over torqued probably by a power tool. The car is a 2018 Subaru Forester XT that I bought new and the dealer maintained until this oil change. The oil was over filled by about half a quart. The oil filter was over torqued as well and was shorter than the recommended filter by a half inch. All these problems add up to an engine with a short life span. UNACCEPTABLE, IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO LAST FIND ANOTHER SHOP!

The Car experts! No hidden agendas or costs. If they hadnt stepped in I would have been stranded. They took my truck in. Gave me a diagnosis. They kept me informed. They gave me a price quote based on the diagnosis. As they worked on my truck they came across some unexpected needed repairs. They were transparent. Turned out there was an item not needed and they let me know. Very professional. They fixed my truck after many years taking it to different locations and it never got fully fixed. Meineke fixed it! They told me they closed at 4 but would get my truck fixed even if they went past 4. The job was completed at 4:30. Affordable! I recommend this place for professional service! Helpful courteous staff. I have used this location a few times for various repairs and always felt well tended to and not overcharged for services. Always have received quick service.

Raul, the service manager, is very polite and accommodating. This location has done most of my oil changes for the last 3 years and 80,000 miles, and I have never had a problem or issue with their service. On the downside their waiting room is very small, however their nearness to Santa Fe Place mall offsets that. Meinekes prices are better than most other places, and coupons are almost always available online. I also like being able to walk from their location to Target, Best Buy, and several restaurants.

Called this morning and asked if they were able to modify my exhaust, (was fitting improperly) they got me in within hours of the call and finished the job in a couple hours. Very nice and professional RECOMMEND for any vehicle services!

I was told 2-3 hours for the install of a leveling kit on my truck. I asked the manager if we could keep it under three because I had an appointment at discount tire for wheels and tires in three hours. He said yes we will try to make it no problem. I called after 2 hours and 20 minutes to see the status and he told me 30 more minutes. I arrived at the shop 30 minutes later and sat in the office for 35 more minutes. Not only were they unable to get the level kit done in a little less than 3 hours so I could make my appointment, they took an additional 25 minutes causing me to be late for my next appointment.

I had a wonderful experience with Meineke! They did an excellent job with my truck, worked over time on thanksgiving weekend to get me home on time, and gave me a great deal. I am so appreciative of the guys at Meineke who helped me out. I highly recommend their services!

According to the invoice, the wrong grade of oil was put in the car. 5W20 was put in instead of the correct grade of 0W20. Instead of 6 quarts of oil, as required, only 5 were added according to the invoice. In addition, the wheel lock key was not put back in the car. I had to return to retrieve it. The pressure in the tires was not changed to the proper psi after the rotation. The oil and tire rotation have been done at this shop two previous times with no problems. After this fiasco, I am taking my business elsewhere and what this cost should be refunded.

I took my vehicle in to have my rotors replaced, left with more issues than what I paid them to fix. When I took it back to them to see if they can fix the damage they caused to my sensors by my tire, they stated they didn’t see any issues with my vehicle and tried to overcharge me on additional work. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to anybody else but them.

Everyone was so helpful. Got me right in and fixed my detached muffler in less than an hour for less than expected. I will definitely be coming back for all my oil changes and for anything else that comes up in the future. A+ service. Thanks guys!

I came in for an oil change and brought a quart of special additive. They were happy to add the quart and discounted a quart of oil off my bill without my asking! Fast too, done in 30 minutes.

These people go above and beyond, another shop left the lug nuts on my wheels loose, and it caused damaged to both the wheel and to the rotor. These guys fixed it and declined my offer to pay for it. They go above and beyond the call of duty and should be commended

I think this is the best place in Santa Fe to get your vehicle serviced. We have 5 older cars and this is our go to place for repairs and maintenance. Raul and Ramon are very fair, have good prices, and have excellent customer service.

While traveling thru New Mexico and specifically Santa Fe we had brake issues with our pick up truck. We got in right away to have brakes fixed. Raul kept us up to date on progress of fix and parts coming in. Staff were very friendly. On way to our rv site we heard more grinding noises and took it back in the next morning. Raul brought us right in to a bay for technician Danny to diagnose and fix. It took a few hours but he kept at it until the source of the brake noise was abated. We left “happy campers” and could continue our travels that day on to Arizona.

I found the personnel competent even though the tail pipe now partially blocks my spare tire for my truck. I can get it down and up but I have to move the tire around and tilt it to get it down or up. My complaint is with the pricing. I asked for an estimate to remove a lift kit that the previous owner had installed on the truck. The sign said what ever the estimate was that would be what you pay. However, when I received the bill the price was double! When I asked about it the manager said the price was per wheel, while this is was not stipulated in the original price. I believe that because at several stages of the procedure they incorrectly removed and tried to place items that the labor time on the vehicle was longer so this was a sly way to offset the mistakes. I just had to pay for their mistakes. My advice is dont go there and if you do, get your estimates in writing and signed. Ill not be going back!

My truck needed new back brakes and its the only vehicle I have right now. I also have a 2 and a 3 year old boys that I care for full time. So I got on the website and made an appointment for 10:30 since I have my kids and no other vehicle if was going to have to wait.Well I get there and the shop was full and the guy says that they dont really go off appointments and as you can see my ships full so your appointment is out the window.Well at this point I was stuck cause It was my only opportunity to get the brakes done. He said he could start work in an hour. So I agreed.I ended up spending the whole day walking in and around the mall with a 2 and 3 year old. We had fun but the kids were cranky and had missed thur nap.I was able to pick up the truck around 4. The guys were very nice and professional and other than the appointment snafu I was pleased with my service. Just bugs...if you dont honor appointments then take the damn option off your website.

This shop was recommended to me by another shop. The staff that works here is very professional, knowledgeable, care about their work and diplayed great customer service at all times from what I witnessed.Im not from Santa Fe, NM...I was passing through on my way home to PHX, Az when I had an issue with my vehicle. It took a couple of days to repair my car. Raul (manager) had to order the part I needed 3x (parts store sent incomplete parts twice) before they (parts store) got it right.

Quick service. Too bad they didnt do the job right. Loose oil filter and over-serviced reservoir could have been catastrophic if left un-caught.

I spent a fair amount of money, and ultimately needed to take the car to another mechanic. The problem was immediately identified and fixed for a very reasonable price. Although the guys were really nice, the whole experience was time consuming and stressful.
