Good experience

Brought in the xterra Wednesday for a range sensor replaced but they got the wrong part. Had to wait until Friday at 1 pm today. They got the right part but the master tech couldnt do it and sent me packing to a transmission shop. The car worked when I brought it in and now it wont shift out of second and denying any responsibility.
