Nancy and Dave are superb. A ruined motor mount replaced in a day and a half to get us back on the long road to the Northwest. Personable, friendly, a very clean shop and very reasonable in price. Genuinely the best repair shop weve ever used in 40 years of driving all over the U.S.

Had my axel replaced here and it totally failed by the time I got to Gallup. It was a part failure, however the owner, Nancy was so awful to deal with, that I will never go back. Acted like she was the victim, spoke over me, wouldn’t let me talk. In a word; Bully.

This is the most honest car repair shop I known.I take my Volvos only there. Their diagnosis is always the right one.Once an Albuquerque muffler repair wanted $900 to fix the v40 turbo. Instead, they diagnosed a loose gasket and fixed it on the spot.My xc90 07 didnt want to roll and was throwing lots of transmission problems, they figured it out it was an ECU problem and reboot it. Problem solved. Any other shop would have tried to talk me into replacing and reprogramming the ECU.

Wont give out labor prices over the phone if she gets the feeling the person is looking for a deal, I guess you wont be getting my business or a lot of other people on a budget.
