Exceptional service. Very knowledgeable owners and techs. We were traveling through Santa Fe and had a problem with our DEF on our Sprinter/ Airstream. They fit us into their schedule and bent over backwards to solve our problem. On top of everything they were simplygreat people to deal with, as my said, real gentleman.Highly recommended then.

Had my mercedes for 8weeks. Brought it in for an oil change and told them you had to give it gas to start it.Instead tried to fix the electrical for 7 weeks when I did not ask them to.They ended up giving up, charging me $500, and leaving my trunk like this.Better off finding someone in ABQ, this mechanic has zero sense of communication and has exploitive practices.

Took my car in on Wednesday for a PPI for a potential buyer that would be arriving on Friday and when scanning the DME it threw an error about an engine purge fan being stalled. Sal said they were busy (amd their lot proved that) but since he knew the buyer was coming on Friday hed work me into the next day. I was worried once it reached 5 oclock on Thursday and I hadnt heard anything - I shouldnt have been. Sal and his team managed to figure out what even Porsche couldnt and fix the fan issue. He even let me keep the car in their garage until I met the buyer on Friday morning to pick it up.Exceptional service, very friendly, and very fair pricing. Will definitely be going back for any service I need in the future.

Great service, friendly people. Could use better communication. When they say they will call you back might be the next day. Welcome to the land of manana.

The diagnoses are accurate and informative, the service courteous and accommodating, and most of all, honest. Fees are comparable with dealer service depts. Faulty repairs are rare and when they happen this shop addresses this issue promptly without conditions or additional charges. I have been taking my vehicles in for service since 2002. The quality far exceeds any dealer service dept in Albuquerque and Santa Fe in my experience. There is no other go to worth consideration.Linda

Paid over $1000.00 for a supposed easy fix. Waited nearly 2 months, with minimal results. 200+ just to diagnose!! Big loss.

Honest mechanics are hard to find. They saved me several thousand dollars on a repair that was suggested by another shop.

Had my IMS Bearing replaced and had to have my clutch replaced too. ABQ Porsche put in a new clutch last year that fit a 99-01 911. That sounds fine, except my car is a 2003 and the 99-01 clutch is not the correct clutch for a 2003 911. Thanks to Markus and his staff for analyzing and correctly repairing my car.

If you love cars, you know a good mechanic is worth his weight in gold…and unless you find one, every time you drop off your baby youre in a state of anxiety…Will they do a good job?…Will they even do a mediocre job?…and, What are they going to charge me?Well, how about getting a job thats better than you ever expected…and at a fair price? Thats exactly what I got from Markus and his merry band at Exec. Automotive. Ive owned 3 Ferraris and have driven them daily for 20-odd years and have dealt with the good, the bad and the ugly as far as mechanics go, and I must say these chaps are right at the top.If you really care about your car, youll find their attention to detail is truly refreshing.(And, no, Im not related to anyone in their shop.)

My 1990 Benz had somemajor issues. My neighbor a retired mechanic, who had a Benz repair shop for a good many years, couldnt figure out the problem at his home garage. I had the car towed to Executive Auto based on the ad running on our local radio station, and reviews here. Marcus, the owner, took the car in. He and his crew were made aware of the issues and what work had already been exectuted. It took a while to track down and determine the mystery. They tried, gave it the old college try, and Colombo-like imvestigation. Upshot, the engine wouldve had to be completely dismantled. $$$$$$$$ in anyones book. Although they did get it to go, it had a stubborn mind of its own, and would just quit running.Marcus and I both agreed best not to put any more time, money or work into it. He, his crew, Salvatore and Laurence were genuinely apologetic for not being able to rectify the continuing problem despite full diagnostics and parts replacements. Their patience level with me was phenomenal. The charges were well within reason, the customer service extremely friendly. Know, though, the preference there is strictly European imports. Porche, Benz, Volkswagon, Audi, etc. Genuine replacement parts are used. I highly recommend this business. Other positive reviews are true.
