I had a set appointment to bring my vehicle in on Tuesday and it be ready by Wednesday evening. When I brought it in for the SCHEDULED appointment they told me they couldnt get started on it until Thursday. Why schedule an appointment if you cant keep it, or at least call and let someone know things have changed? I took the scheduled days off work to get this taken care of.

Went to get an inspection, oil change, and alignment.... they told me my tie rods were bad and quoted me a price. It was over $400 just to replace the tie rods, and then I would need an alignment, new tires, and more before being able to pass an inspection. I went to my local tire shop because I needed new tires as well.... they told me my control arms were bad and they could fix it themselves. I got new tires, new control arms, and no longer needed an alignment... for LESS than what Cortez quoted me for tie rods only. They lied about my tie rods.... what the heck? My car is so much better after going elsewhere. Dont waste your time on these liars.

Personal service. Good work. Not cheap but reasonable prices. They have helped my kids out of a jam or two. They are my go-to shop.

Had a AC problem with my truck, wasnt getting cold and blowing hot air took it in to have it checked and they wanted over $900.00 to repair it, then charged me $40.00 for looking at it. I went to another place on 1764 and two hrs and $35.00 later my air was fixed and will freeze you out of the truck. I should have know not to take it there, every time i ride by there is never any cars there. Beware of this place.
