They were fine nothing to brag about. Their customer service skill should take refreshment course classes at community college. Expensive how ever extensive work was done. All protocols for Covid was observed and enforce. Their machanics.

Gil and Corey were awesome! I had a radiator issue driving from Arizona to Colorado. They took care of me right away so I could get home the same day. Would highly recommend👍👍👍

They did $400+ of labor without telling me and forced me to pay for it.Had them replace the timing chain and a few other things in my car. Initially they called me and gave an estimate in the $650 range for parts/labor - not knowing what problems may come up in the process - to which we agreed to have them do the repairs. A few days later when they were done, I show up to have a bill of $1,050. They ended up replacing two additional parts and adding several extra hours of labor without telling me first.I expressed my frustration that they didnt get my approval first, so I didnt feel right paying 50% higher than the initial price wed agreed on. He said he understood and knows they should have gotten my approval first, but absolutely wouldnt budge on the price. It transitioned to a pretty heated conversation in which I refused to pay an extra $400+ for things they did without my approval. He kept saying that they told me from the start that other problems could come up and used that to justify a 50% increase in price. Finally I got tired of arguing and I asked if he would at least lower the cost as Im an almost-broke college student that he is now ripping off, to which he still refused and claimed that he wasnt ripping me off at all. After several minutes of arguing and him admitting to his fault but not budging on the price, finally the other mechanic came in and asked what was going on. I expressed once again that I am not okay with paying $400 extra for things I did not approve of. Finally they said they would go as low as $960, which I only accepted because I didnt want to take legal action. I would have had no problem paying it if they had asked me first. So, all in all, I have no doubt they are competent mechanics. But that was incredibly terrible business practice, and I will never go back for future repairs.

Go to REAL professionals. They dinked around on my truck for an hour trying to diagnose a shudder and a scraping sound( I took it to another mechanic who found the real issues). When I came to pick up the truck he said he didnt feel the shudder (which is really obvious if you drive it on the highway) and told me the scraping was from the wheel cover which he told me he fixed. The scraping was not the wheel cover and the shudder is still there and now Im short $80. When I very nicely tried to find out what he checked during the diagnosis it was like pulling teeth. He fixed the dash light for the emergency brake which I didnt ask for and could have cared less about. I get mad when someone acts like they are entitled to my hard earned money (which doesnt come close to what he earns per hour) and then dont feel obligated to find the problem and fix a friggin dash light as consolation. He spent time checking something I told him I already had diagnosed and included our intial test drive in the estimate time. DO NOT TRUST HIM OR PRECISION TRANSMISSION who he uses for transmission work. They both misdiagnose and overcharge. Try Auto Care 2000 they can at least give you a real diagnosis.
