I found them to have competitive prices for my Yukons battery. Service was most excellent. They installed the battery for me.

Dont have many common parts on hand, kept referring me to Albuquerque well Im a traveler and dont have time to wait for your parts to come in. The employee that rang me out what is less than how would I say it, hospitable. This is a very miniature version of one of these stores another name for them is Carquest. Ive never actually really had a horrible experience in Advance Auto in my life but this is the closest thing. Like I said not that bad but also Not Great by any measure. Also the store is very small unlike any other Advanced Auto Ive been to.

Went to get some parts. 3 employees and only one behind the counter. Counter clerk obviously frustrated. Me and another guy both walked out, Loooonnnngggg wait.

The staff is Awesome!!! The customer service is excellent. The staff is knowledge and helpful. I needed help changing my car cabin filter on Jeep as I had hand surgery and the staff helped me do it in a couple of minutes. I was very grateful for their help. I recommend the store and the staff for their excellent customer service.

I drive a diesel truck and it was having problems starting in the mornings. I brought it in thinking I needed new batteries. These guys tested them and they were fine. They were honest and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. Great customer service!

Love this place but need to get parts on time.

Good prices, however management aint. Went to go get some freon for my air conditioning, however they where closed at 6:30.. When it says they close at 7. I get out of work at 6 every day, way to disclude us that work long hours.. Switch up the lazy managment I guarantee your profits will increase.

Dont bother with these clowns. They dont even bother to talk to you when they pick up the phone, just put you on hold and leave you there.

In thirty years of being a master certified mechanic and owning my repair shop I have never experienced such unprofessional attitudes as I have had with the Silar Road Advanced Auto in Santa Fe New Mexico. If I were to run a business like they do I wouldnt be in business. I would not lose a customer due to a ignorant staff. Tried to get my warranty on a battery but when I brought it in they said it had been returned already. What? It was sitting on the counter right in front of them. Maybe you should hire english speaking staff. Very sad. I will not return.
