I had such an amazing time at Santa Fe Motor Sports. I drove up from Rio Rancho, I wanted to load my new bike into my truck, the team there helped me all the way, and it was raining absolute buckets on us. They didnt have to help me make sure my investment was secure, but they did. It was a fun and good experience. From the time I started calling asking about inventory to putting my down payment to hold it. To the process of signing, thanks for playing the joke on me Joe. Thank you very much Joe and Christopher.

I had a very good experience purchasing my first motorcycle, from Santa Fe motor sports. To complicate things, I live in Texas and these gentlemen answered all of my questions, answered the phone every time I called, didnt miss any callbacks, and were very helpful in helping me find transportation for my new bike. They even stayed late to ensure that my bike got out the door and on my drivers truck the same day. Thanks for the hard work Gentlemen!

Started my deal through cycle trader. Received a prompt response from Jacob about a 2021 klx 300r. 1hour later the phone deal was done. When I arrived at the dealership Joe had all my paper work done and ready to sign. No wait time out the door in less than an hour. Got a great deal on a very sought-after bike that was hard to find. Joe even helped me procure a nice riding jacket for my 13 year old, who was with me, without her seeing her Christmas present. I definitely endorse Santa Fe Motor Sports!

A year ago I tried buying a new bike from Santa Fe Motor Sports. Called and spoke to salesperson to make sure they had the model I wanted on the floor. Was told they did and come on up. Drove 50 miles to find the salesperson lied and the bike was sold a couple days earlier. How hard is it to look on the floor to see if the bike is there?Thought Id give them another try, silly me, and used the contact form on their web site to inquire about buying a new bike, cause no direct email addresses are provided on their web site, and in an hour unsolicited marketing email hit my inbox offering to buy my current motorcycle that I dont have. Was also thinking of buying a new $20k Kubota tractor they sell.Have not received a reply to my contact form purchase inquiry. Thats the way to drive a customer looking to spend $30k plus away. No problem I wont be doing business with Santa Fe Motor Sports.Santa Fe Motor Sports acts like that the world revolves around them and the customer exists for their convenience.Do yourself a favor and head down to Albuquerque where the dealers will (at least) give you the illusion they want your business and will provide better service before and after the sale than youll get at Santa Fe Motor Sports . It will be well worth the 50 mile trip.Dont know why this review doesnt seem to show up?

If you need parts just order them from the internet and wait.called them up was told they had what I needed in stock, drove there to get my parts and they didnt have them told me we can order it and have them in a week, I could do that myself. If your in a hurry dont trust their word, just order it and wait for the ups man.

I really appreciated the how knowledgeable and friendly the staff at Sant Fe Motorsports were. They made the purchase of my new Yamaha Tenere 700 seamless and easy. Jacob was very helpful in answering questions I had about the finance process and was eager to find answers for me that he didnt know firsthand. Joe helped me get the financing process completed and was very informative with the process of how to make payments moving forward. The crew managed to build my bike in a matter of days after I signed the initial paperwork, and after 230 miles of riding, I can confidently claim they did a great job! Ill be sure to send any customers I know looking to buy to Santa Fe Motorsports and their friendly team!

In February I purchased a new 2012 Yamaha FZ1 from SF Motorsports. It was a unit that was unsold and placed in storage. I found the bike in early 2018 and the dealership made me an amazing deal. The bike retailed for just under 11K in 2012, I purchased the bike for $7400 plus TTL. A great deal for a new bike.I had already secured financing through my CU, but they did have competitive rates through Yamaha Financing. The sales staff was knowledgeable and helpful in getting the purchase completed as quickly as possible. I also found gear and maintenance supplies at the dealership.Overall I really enjoyed my experience at SF Motorsports and Ill be returning.CB

Excellent service! Over the years, Ive brought my bikes to a handful of different shops for maintenance. Having recently moved to SF, I was happy to encounter the professionalism of the service department at Santa Fe Motor Sports. Over the course of an oil change and inspection, the mechanic made adjustments to multiple systems that has everything running much smoother now. Am confident my ride is good to go for many miles to come. And with a friendly, no-pressure approach, Dominic at the service desk took the time to answer all my questions. Will be back as soon as the next service is due.

Excellent Sales, Service, and Parts Department staff. Ive always had my Ninja serviced and repaired at this facility and the work is always done on a timely manner. When I get ready to purchase my next bike, I will definitely be doing business with Sid and his staff again. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase their first or next motorcycle or ATV from here.P.S. Excellent job for Dominic and the service department on my recent chain and sprocket upgrade. The gear combo is perfect! What happened Sid? I used to get VIP treatment at your dealership. Wether it was shopping for a new bike, tires, oil change and general maintenance. Your service department always got me in and on my way same day. Today 4/20/21, I went in to inquire about an oil change, and your service advisor literally scoffs at me and tells me Id have to leave my bike there for at least 4 weeks! Keep in mind, the first part of this review was written 2 years ago.

I called about their 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 1000. Upon arriving to the lot it is immediately obvious that this bike has seen better days and that the photos on the posting were taken to cover up this damage. There are huge gashes on either side of the bike so it was clearly dropped twice; which is not stated in the ad. There is gunk and dirt all over the chains and visible parts of the bike which can only lead me to imagine the terrible things inside the engine. The seat has rips and tears that are not in the original posting and the foam under these tears is heavily sun damaged meaning that this bike has been sitting in their lot for a very long time. As suspected the tires were bald and the bike had orders of magnitude more miles on it than about a thousand.I had just purchased a 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 1000 for $6000 not even a month before looking at this bike and that thing is SUPER clean. So I wanted to know how the shop justified charging $1000 (plus taxes and fees) more for a bike in this condition that is one year older. As of the date of inspection the kelly blue book for usually listings on 2011 Ninja 1000s is a few hundred under $6000 for bikes in fair condition. Baffled at the price and dishonesty I go inside to talk to them about this bike. After nobody approaches me I walk up to the cashier and ask to speak with the person I talked to on the phone. I tell him that I was checking out the used Ninja out front and immediately raise my concerns about the condition of the bike and he has no retort, simply agreeing that it is in bad condition. I offer him $3500 for the bike thinking that this was even too high and he says he has to ask the manager. After two back and forths with the manager they settle on $5800. There is no way I would pay this much for a bike in such terrible condition so I start asking how they can charge that much for a bike in that condition when I had seen two other cheaper listings on Craigslist. Not only did the Craigslists postings have multiple angles and close ups of the bikes but they were cheaper, newer, and in far better condition. The employee offers to let me speak to the manager and harnessing my inner Karen (Im a male) I gladly accept hoping to finally hear someone tell me they are a dishonest business and they know they are overcharging for the bike.I begin by asking how they are going to charge well above Kelly Blue Book for a bike in such terrible condition. The manager says that the bike used to be listed for $8000 and so he lowered it by $1000. I then ask why the photos on the website are obviously outdated and why the original ones do not show any of the damage on the bike. The manager says that he recently acquired the store and that they havent updated the old owners website and that the old owner paid way too much for the bike and they are just trying to get their money bike for it. I told him to update the photos and how I had just purchased a newer bike in much better condition for cheaper and he again reiterated that they had just acquired the shop and that the old owner paid too much for the bike.It has now been 3 months since this interaction and the photos and listing still only show the 3 original dishonest photos which include none of the damage to the bike or the updates on the wear to the bike from sitting outside their store for so long.I do not know how a dealership can get shown up by Craigslist but this one does so with honors. Seriously do not buy that Ninja 1000 and please think twice before buying anything from such a dishonest and lazy dealership. I bought the clean 2012 Ninja 1000 for $6000 from MotoAuthority in Albuqueruqe and I went on to buy a 2013 Aprilia Tuono V4R APRC for $7000 from R&S PowerSports in Albuquerque (an $18,000 bike with a full electronics package for the same price as the POS they are selling!).

Horrible experience. I took my Rzr in for a recall and after getting it back the engine light kept going on. I took it back. They miss diagnosed it. Made me pay $500+ and said my warranty wouldn’t cover it. Took the bike home and the engine light went on again soon as I got it off the trailer. I took it back a third time and they said it was something else going to cost another $500+. I asked for a refund for what they done before and use that money towards the real problem and they would not do it. They never fixed my RZR and still having issues because of it. Horrible service. Though Thomas knew we werent purchasing anything for a while, he was very helpful in answering questions, he was just as excited as we were about the sport, and he even tracked down a big poster for us to hang in the house! When we decided to pull the trigger for Christmas, I knew I wanted to keep my business local and with Thomas. I have been riding for over 40 years and owned many many motorcycles and have never come across a more stupidly run dealership in my life. I feel a little bad because my sales rep Robert was not only very helpful but also went out of his way to get me on the bike I had decided to get. (KTM 1290 Super Adventure). Im in Santa Fe on vacation from Illinois and was prepared to buy the bike today (pending a short demo ride). For whatever reason, ownership did not want to get the bike setup for me not knowing 100% I was going to buy despite saying I would if I liked the demo ride. They didnt even have a battery installed on the bike so I could be shown all the features on this $22,500 bike. How this nitwit stays in business is beyond me. I hope Robert finds a better place to work. This owner cost him a paycheck and lost a customer despite this wonderful review. If being treated special when you spend $1000s of dollars is not important to you and you will blindly buy something without test driving it, maybe youll be happy here. But I think people like that are nitwits too....1 added tidbit. I called the KTM dealership near my home in Illinois and made a deal over the phone and gave them a deposit pending my demo ride which is set up for the day I return home. Today is Tuesday. I expect to be riding my new bike home Thursday evening.UPDATE: I love my new 1290 Adventure! That I got at Woodstock KTM in Illinois.
