Such a cool place! There is tons and tons of heirloom-type goodies to find. Desks, tables, chairs, art, lighting, rugs, etc! A shop attendant spoke to us once and then let us browse. It was a really nice experience, and well be back!

If it’s your style to roam around at leisure, with no hovering, then this is the place for you. Our house has corners where everything is from Raven. We furnished our virtually empty home there with no problem. We have found them extremely accommodating on every front. Love the Raven.

Beautiful store. Customer service etiquette: 0/5. Be nice to people, be friendly, be warm, be inviting. Cashier kids were less than friendly, rather reticent and upturned. Wanted to buy furniture here, changed my mind. You never know who’s in your store.

Whatever you are searching for you will most likely find it here!! A very fine collection of unique pieces at great prices. I am adding pieces to a recently purchased home and am grateful to have found such a treasure filled store with an exceptional staff.

This store has amazing inventory. But the items were so crowded in it was like squeezing through mazes. One very beautiful blonde employee did at least ask how I was doing. But despite the amount of employees working there, not one asked if I needed help. Which I did. If I go into a business during covid, its for a reason. No customer service at this consignment store. For that reason alone, I probably wont go back.

The Raven is a fabulous consignment shop. There is things for everyones taste, but while it is very beautiful it is very hard to maneuver there is lots of stuff stacked everywhere. There are many gems that you can see just with a plane eye, however you really have to search for some things also because it is so crowded.

I cant just pop in to this store. I have to set aside time because it is so full of treasures! They have some basic pieces, but almost everything is an interesting conversation piece. They have a great selection of high quality antiques.

Now this place I really do like, there are so many things to get ideas for your home or for your yard. Or maybe get something for someone else who is into ANTIQUES. Its up in Santa Fe, but it is well worth the trip. If your into Vintage items and Antiques this is the place for you. Go check it out..

One piece of advice to others, if you see something you like, better get it immediately because it wont be there much longer. Congratulations on your selection of goods and your willingness to negotiate on some of the prices. You guys are super stars in the consignment business.

Pretty stuff. Great selection. But obscenely pricey!RESPONSE TO OWNER: Ive been in antique/vintage/resale shops all across the country. Youve got a great selection of stuff and well laid out. It was fun to browse. But your prices are far above prices Ive observed for similar items at other places. You have a 5-star store, 5-star selection, and 5-star employees. But your prices are out of line. Congratulations on being successful with the store and prices. But its not the place Id make purchases, as a value-focused buyer.

They have all kinds of things to browse. We have visited several times to just look, because you dont find the right thing every time you look. We found the perfect table and chairs for a very reasonable price this trip. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Stopped in this place today for the first time. Its very cluttered and hard to navigate. But there is a lot under one roof, and something for everyone if you can find it.

Super fun place with a little bit of everything for everyone. The lady owner was very sweet even though she was in pain, we bought a lamp for our restaurant and an unusual iron stand just because it was so interesting, hope I find a use for it! Lots of furniture and jewelry, rocks and boxes and everything in between. Will be back when were in the area.

This place was such an adventure, you could stay in there for hours! The most amazing finds!

This is an upscale consignment shop, with some lovely furniture and antiques. I enjoyed visiting the shop and will keep it in mind for the future.

Its packed with contemporary to antiques furniture and housewares. If your looking for something unique its worth a visit. The store is well presented and has above average prices

Picked up my items, sold half of them, THEN told me they were keeping 50% of the proceeds. Of course theres going to be a commission, but HALF is insane. I never would have agreed to that.Now I wonder if theyre telling the truth about how much they priced everything for. And about what sold. It seems unlikely.They returned what they said they still had, but I cant get back the items that they say were sold. It wasnt enough in terms of money to be worth suing in small claims court while I was also moving cross-country, but I seriously considered it.DO NOT USE. DISHONEST.Addendum: One of the owners, to whom I have never spoken, is now flat-out lying about me on Facebook. I wont be intimidated. This review is the truth and no amount of calumny will get me to retract the truth. I reported him, of course, though I doubt Facebook will do anything.

Since its basically consignment what they offered definitely did not give me many options. But, I had definite types of items in mind. Maybe on another day I would have had more luck. I do think some things were a bit over priced given they were consignment.

Bought 6 Maples shelves to use as displays in my small shop. Great price, great quality. Delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were excellent. Im very happy!

There are consignment stores and then there are CONSIGNMENT stores. Recollections seems to have a consignor base made up primarily of down-on-their luck deposed European aristocrats, if their available stock is anything to go by. Beautiful period furnishings, interesting objects, and charm abound. The prices are far better here than at ACC and I feel the quality of the furniture is easily as good; of course, its used, but gently so, and you can find some amazing bargains and quality workmanship.My one gripe is that the staff on the sales floor can be snotty and unhelpful, as evidenced by my recent trip when they had to check with the owner before giving in on a discount of $15... to a repeat customer...its really best to deal directly with the owner.

Probably the best consignment around but its no secret... so the prices are a bit high. Friendly people work here!!

Nice place, but very pricey. The inventory is impressive, but a little disorganized. They tend to cater to an upscale crowd, so the great buy is a rare find!

Great variety of products very attentive staff

I got dragged into this place by my wife but Im glad I went. They have an eclectic mix with some real gems.

Left a bronze there with no luck and found it was stashed away in a cabinet difficult to see. No wonder it did not sell. Picked it up and sold it myself a week later.

It is one of my favorite places in Santa Fe.

Very high and - pieces are too big/ too rich for me

Not a great experience; Sold me a piece for 500 then I took back to re sell; they barely took the item. Sold for $300 and I got a check for $175. Funny how they pushed the $500 then said I could not sell for more than $300 when I brought back..
