Friendly people, very well organized store, my first time in there I was surprised how big it is inside, a little bit if everything.

This Ace Hardware store is fantastic! Great selection and Excellent Customer Service, every time. They have the best selection of Lump Hardwood Charcoal that I have seen, and pellets for your pellet smoker. They sell Traeger smokers too and have a full BBQ accessory section. All this plus a huge floor space for industrial, contractor, Pro-sumer and home projects. Highly recommended.

Very crowded. I walked in looking for a certain router. I was greeted by a friendly younger male who offered to assist. I gave the male the exact model information. The male looked as though I was speaking to him in a foreign language. Took him a few to realize what I was looking for, or at least, a general idea. Guy was friendly but I dont think he knew much about hardware.

THE PEOPLE MAKE IT BETTER, THEN ANY OTHER INDUSTRIAL HARDWARE PLACE.MIKE AND ART HAVE BEEN HELPING ME FOR YEARS.AND AT THE COMMERCE AND VERNON BRANCHES TOO.THE WHOLE TEAM ARE ALWAYS WILLING TO STEP UP AND HELP YOU. NOT LIKE SOME LARGER HARDWARE PLACES, WERE THE PEOPLE DISAPEAR ON YOU OR PAGE FOR HELP IN A PARTICULAR SECTION OVER THEIR INTERCOM FOREVER. BEFORE GETTING SOME INEXPERIANCED PERSON.THEY HAVE ROLLS OF RUBBER, PLASTIC, TAPE, SAND PAPER AND EVEN TOILET PAPER. MY FIRST STOP WHEN EVER I AM LOOKING FOR ANYTHING.

Almost always have what you need and mostly their prices are lower than Home Depot.

They usually have most items on hand, one or two of the same. But most importantly they tend to follow the trends of what is HOT in the world of industrial needs. Therefore they stock a lot of it and dont give you a bad answer such as we can order it.... when you need it now, they will probably have it.... may not be a lot of it, but they have it. And if not, go down the street to McMaster Carr

The place had everything and but I was there so last minute I was at Lowes and somebody there mentioned lb johnsons and it was already 10 to 4 so I had no time to get there but I flew there made it and still found what I needed awesome
