Good guy. He lets you know that he works alone so if you need it fast, that may not happen. But it is done 100% right!!! That doesnt happen very much anymore. If you make an appointment, he does his best to get it back in a timely manner. But if you have an emergency repair, he might not be able to get to you quickly. But he lets you know up front. Doesnt put off your phone calls for 3 days, then tell you it will be another 5. Tells you everything up front.

Doug is honest, friendly, and he doesnt perform extra work that you dont need.
