As I was unable to get parts helpful to my needs the guys up in the rims,studs and lugnuts section were very accommodating and courteous thanks guys

I purchased a set of VOLK TE37 SAGAs from a distributor through Mackin. One of the wheels has a blemish on the face - I have been communicating back and forth with Tony Rodriguez with Mackin for weeks about this blemish. He refuses to do anything to warranty the work on the wheel and has continuesly blamed me for the blemish on the wheel... If it was the chemical guys product I am using it would be on all 4 wheels and not just on one spot on one of the four wheels. this has been a complete JOKE as they pride themselves on customer service if you have ever looked at their website. I am beyond pissed with Mackin at this point as every time I email him he says they havent heard back from RAYS yet... YOU GUYS SELL THEIR PRODUCT!!!! You should have a set practice for warranty work and dont just blame the customer who spent over $3,000.00 on a set of wheels... I would not buy another thing from this company simply based on the way I have been treated while trying to get this wheel replaced or fixed. This is the worst customer service I have ever had with any company throughout my time working on/modding cars. I will advise anyone and everyone to stay as far away from this company as possible. I hope they rectify this issue, but at this rate it seems they would rather blame the consumer for a blemish than to stand behind the products they sell (for a lot of money...). You would think they would want my good word of mouth in the car scene as I have numerous friends who are consistently buying and changing out high end wheels. Sorry to rant but as you can tell I am beyond pissed with the way this company (Tony Rodriguez) has handled this customer service claim. Stay away and give your money to shops that care about their customers and word of mouth.
