Great selection of items for your car from Transmissions to front ends pretty much anything you need for a car friendly staff uni fall back if you do not return something within the same day you awake a few weeks to get a refund as Im still waiting but they do have a bunch of great items Norwalk Raider out

Was just looking up the directions to relay to someone else and seen all of these negative reviews and wanted to post my review.I have ordered parts from here on several occasions and I have not experienced the problems described here. Today I was told my sales contact no longer worked with the company and that they have recently had a large turnover of employees recently and they are currently short handed so that may be part of the reason people are having difficulty. I hope that I continue to have good service as this place is relatively close to my home and their parts have always been good and the service adequate.Bill

Terrible experience. First they treat you like you are going inside a defense secret facility. First impressions is like they do not want you there. Second, they do not accept any free entry vouchers (a free entry voucher from LKQ) on certain days (even after I called and they say that yes, you will be let in free). Third, prices were very high for used parts (with no warranty whatsoever). Fourth, they charge extra for warranty. Fifth if you buy the warranty it will take much longer to get out. Fifth, they charge core charge for the use items. Six, they charge money (regular entry fee which the day I went was $3) to get in to return the core or for warranty. Seventh, they do not allow you to return parts (that you pay extra for warranty) on certain days. Eight, many of the guys are plain rude (and @$$&*!%$). I would say first try the auto parts, if you most buy genuine parts (and the internet does not have the parts at a price you want) try any other used auto part it is unlikely they will be worst than this place.AVOID, AVOID, AVOID ! ! !

This place is unorganized. Took them 5 days to update my already existing account. After all this process they also sold the part that I was doing all these changes for. Emailed them the last two days to get an update with no response or call back from the sales rep. Finally tracked the rep down (C Ayala) and he told me they dont have the part anymore! What a joke!

Incompetent! I ordered over $500 in parts, called their main line three times to verify that they were available for pickup, drove over an hour to the warehouse in Santa Fe Springs and behold THEY WERE NOT THERE. A complete waste of time and the sales staff is 100% incompetent. I made another half dozen phone calls total to try and pick the parts up (supposedly they were in the San Diego warehouse one rep told me...which is another 1 1/2 hours of out my way) but I never could get a straight answer, nor could anyone confirm they were physically there! Meanwhile they charged my credit card for everything!! Buyer beware.
