Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since theyve gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines were not long here, but somewhat typical at this location. If you see something you want here dont wait too long but most vehicles might stick around for a little while.They had a few lines open but took about 5 minutes or so to check out. Dont forget to get the stock number or they wont let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific locations site.

They have an app, which makes it really easy to locate your parts in the huge yard. Mondays tires are on sale if you remove them from the vehicle, take them to the window and pay, then have them dismounted from the rims right there. I paid 53 bucks for 4 matching good used tires.

Not really much to say.. Its a wrecking yard.. Fairly large and fairly well maintained.

I take all my cans, plastic and glass bottles here. Good prices, parking is re arranged to make it easier to get in and out. Staff are very helpful if its your first time and work with you. No attitudes. You have to go around the corner to get your money now, instead of out front, which is fine. During the week, not very crowded. Weekends go early, otherwise there will be a line.

Great place to find anything you need for your Toys Rides from a Bolt to Engine electric or mechanic parts Tires etc.......

They used to have a recycling place on Rayo where i used to go all the time. They were all friendly. But it closed now i go to this one. There not friendly like the we had in South Gate.

Bring your own tools. Its a great place to get bargain OEM parts. Plus its a nice place to practice your skills before actual hands-on when doing your car

Staff was helpful as they could be.They do a good job getting you in and out.. Purchase the warranty!!! This helps alot if you get wrong part for your car and need to exchange or return!

Highly recommend for their junk car purchasing service. I called five junk yards to see which would give me the best price for a 30 year old minivan. This was it and the price quoted to me over the phone was exactly the amount of the check received when the tow truck came to pick up the car. It was a matter of a few hours from calling to when the car was picked up! In addition, customer service via the phone was always so helpful each time I called. Thanks for providing such a pleasant experience.

Excellent service. Their call center staff was very professional and friendly. We scheduled to sell a vehicle and we were given number code and a decent quote over the phone. Overall, it was a good experience.

Great selection though the prices are way to high for something that mite not work. 75. Bucks for a ac compressor we had to pull ourselves. Thats crazy. Wont go back there again cant afford to pay almost new prices for used parts. Sorry guys I lost this guy for sure.

Ripoff!! Straight out prices are increased dramatically and that price will be damn near near a new part price. A front bumper cladding cost $ 139.oo today. Said i had the reinfroncement bar and i didnt. It was welded to the frame so couldnt get it cuz i tried. Ripoff. I only bought it instead of the listed $ 44.oo just to check the fit but am returning it for refund. Cant stand ripoffs like this place.

This place is scamming people!!!They now force you to pay for the warranty and if you dont want to pay for the warranty then too bad,they say you need to come back 24 hours after your purchase if you want your money back for the warranty...they also told me that autozone does the same thing which is a lie....its a shame they take advantage of hard working people trying to fix their car.i for one will no longer support a deceiving money hungry business with disgusting business practices and policies.you should be ashamed of yourself.i will be spreading the word to all my fellow mechanics.

As long as $3 is required to enter each LKQ yard in the same day then I will continue to down vote this survey. LKQ would be well advised to allow a $3 admission charge good for all day at any LKQ yard.

I can honestly state that this is the most disgusting location. Its as if they sprayed the WHOLE groundswith a thick layer of car oils which eventually ends up all inside the the cars. the Wilmington location is not like this, it is much cleaner

The rows are not marked clearly and the vehicles are not listed correctly and the entrance personal are rude. go to Monrovia location it is set up better.

Its a pick a part, so you gotta dig and hope no one else took what you were looking for. ALWAYS TRY TO GO WHEN CAR IS FIRST LISTED. it increases your chances of getting what you want. Because more often than not, someone else looking for the same part as you.

Pricing was excellent but the lane and wait was extremely long.

Be sure to check out the vendors outside the facility. The Locksmith was able to duplicate a hard to find ignition key. Great prices also.

Pick apart its a good place to find the part u may need and if u have no clue of what your doing theres people inside u can ask to do the work for u of cource for a fee the will do the labor your going to tell your wife u did it jajajajajaj

Edit ::: well my truck was stolen from this place and there were cameras in which got video of the theft but zero help however the employee who said its against company policy to help me is gonna be in court very soon..found my truck stripped but might have found it faster if they helped but they were likely in on the theft. Its a total loss for me now but only i care about that.

Pick a part not a good spot ran by females they argue with their customers they give them attitude they’re not business professional they will say they Told you something when they misinformed to tell you at all they’re rude customer service but what do you expect from a company like this!!!!!

Good place to shop for Auto parts, but there is one thing to much oil on floor ...

Got the new app, with one free pass but to wait in 30 minute line to say $3 is insane LKQ pick your parts they need a better solution for that. Othetwise it was a great visit.

This is the best junkyard so far, you find cars almost new or in good conditions look around and you can find good parts for your cars

They post recent dates online, but you get there and cars have been there longer than posted and cant find anything.Prices for junk parts are almost the same as aftermarket parts. Not coming back again.

Came for simple job. Buying a rim getting tire dismantled. Guy in the front gave me the run-around when it comes to doing something..said he could do it but needs someone to tell him to. So, Even being told over the walkie-talkie he wont budge.Waited till they called a second guy to do it. Not only a liar, a Lazy one. Waisting peoples time. Picture tooken, he tried to threaten me over it. Im a customer, hes an employee, he lied to me, picture taken. Congrats, Now hes n the hall of shame.Other than that soda machine gave me 3x, gave two away. To a customer and to the 2nd guy called in to work on my rim.

I like old inventory web site this New one is too commercial and time consuming of strooling to website. PYP is the way to go when looking for parts but I hope they improve their customer service website for users make it user friendly Note When some people are looking for parts if there is not parts at particular junkyard guess what No Sale but if you have website adaptable to a persons search it will be able to direct party to ajoining PYP Locations and guess what More Sales per vehicle in general. Think about it cause when I look for part I have to go to another PYP salvage yard ( time consuming) and do the whole inquery again its frustrating and very Time Consuming and guess what Less Sales per vehicle in general. I hope you can fix this Big problem in this area but other than that I give your presentation of vehicles and parts list a TEN STARS service no problems there. Thanks PYP. ROBERT SMITH

Customer service goodPrices are good and No GoodWhy?Because for chrome things and inside cosmeticsBut for radios or electrical stuff they charge like it is in good condition and they dont give u warranty unless u want to pay for it.ExampleI want to get an original radio and it looks so rusty and old so the price was 35 plus 7 dollars warranty 42 plus taxI got the radio in the web for 25.00 and brand new conditionsThats why I give 4 starsIf they would it give a 2 days warranty for free I would be giving the 5 stars if you want to extend the 2 days then is reasonable to pay extra

Well I normally enjoy trips to any junkyard but honestly this place has horrible customer service in my opinion from the cashier to the security all around bad service

I didnt found the parts for my 1989 truck but it fine, the very dangerous thing was really soaked floor of oil areas around trucks, Van, management should take care of this safety issue.

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH WAREHOUSE AND THE GENERAL MANAGER DID NOT FIX ANYTHING

I went the auto glass & power window repair in the parking lot to have a window motor replaced that they installed last October lasted 8 months gave me a 90 day warranty this he wouldnt guarantee his work and seemed Leary that I watched him working like he didnt want me to see what he was doing, needless to say I wont be going back there again the window works but I dont know if he replaced the motor or fixed a loose wire or connector ???

Be aware that nasty people are removing parts from the cars,i drive from very far 2 hours driving for a car that they just posted,same day, when I got there they already take there time to remove the good parts to sell it online for a very high price obviously. Those pictures where taken before they remove it all, when I ask them I can see how bad they lie, they think no one I s going to say anything, what a nasty people, i hope someone can do something about that trash people.

Good place to go and get used auto parts but sometimes you get lucky and find what you need and something you can come up short.

Theres lines to get in and to pay for parts theyre slow and overpriced but theres a good variety of cars

All for the wrong reason, lots of people would agree what the new LKQ manager did to me all for the wrong reason. I would say that accessible force isnt just used by the sheriffs but from the new manager at LKQ in Santa Fe Springs. I AINT allowed to step foot in this location EVER again. And I wasnt even guilty of what he said I did, he called the Sheriffs on me and I explained to the sheriffs what had happened and they cut me loose because they new that I was innousint, if I was guilty I would have gone to jail. So now there was no reason for him to have me never come back. I still cant go back and if some one who see this who would help me out, I would really appreciate it if they were to get to me a welcome back.

The cashier manager is a Parts thiefselling the parts as if they were newMaking up prices on things not listedI had a part it cost 60 on internet new they sell it for 75 used . The other junk yard sell same part for $20 .They are out to price gouge. The customers. This lady should be fired cheating people out of money for used parts the assistant manager

This is my favorite out of the 3 that are near me. I mainly work on Toyota and BMW and this yard always has the best selection.

Went there to junk my car. Got in and out in about 30 minutes. Security guy out front was real friendly. They have clothing, food truck and tool set vendors outside as well. Would visit again.

Whent here for the first time since it use to be ecology. Man has it changed! its very messy parts are everywhere in the floor nobody cleaning up . Atleast ecology kept this place little cleaner.
