My car broke down in front of the store Chris was nice enough to help me figure out what the problem was. The whole store provided great customer service and all did it willingly and with a smile.

Eric helped me out with my tire pressure, my radio wasn’t working so he checked the fuss and I needed a new one, he also checked the check engine light and the window wipers. He was a very nice and I will be coming back here for all my car needs.

Omg I don’t even know how to begin with these amazing humans, I went in because my car left me on the street due to a battery issue. I was sure i needed a new battery so I asked Amanda K to test my battery, she was very knowledgeable and knew right away what it was. She tested my battery for me and offered different battery option replacements. I was surprised and how attentive she was. As I was going to pay I realized that I left my keys locked in a car due to being in such a panic about the battery. The other employee on duty Eric helped me get my car unlocked. I was amazed at how helpful they both were. I felt like they were family by the end of the very interesting encounter. I now want to almost break something in my car just to be able to come back to see them. I can’t thank them enough. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. Eric was so helpful! I had a light bulb out in my headlight and not only did he sell it to me, he also put it on for me! He had also seen that I bought some washer fluid and with output question, he filled that up too! I was very pleased with Eric’s customer service and will always be coming back for my car needs just because of him!

Needed a new battery replaced and Armando and Erik were both very helpful. The battery was not the easiest to remove or install but they were both up for it and did a great job. Also helped quickly install some new windshield wipers as well. All in all a great experience and fantastic customer service. Will be back again in the future for any auto needs that come up. I went in on the first real rainy day of the winter, Christmas Eve, specifically for new windshield wipers because mine were in desperate need of replacing. Jacob helped me find them and offered to install them, while us was raining outside! He definitely went above and beyond!

Great customer service, even though the gentleman who helped us didnt have much experience he went to his more knowledgeable coworkers who further assisted him instead of giving us wrong information. Their manager was great as well and was able to identify what was wrong with my car right away.

I went today to have my battery replaced. I called the store ahead of time & they were very helpful answering any questions I had. I arrived to the store & Fernando was such a big help! Not only did he make the process easy but he took my old battery & put in the new one in. While he was replacing the battery we checked the oil seen I needed some. Fernando knew exactly what kind of oil I needed for my truck. Thank for Fernando & autozone for making my experience amazing.

Jacob T. from Autozone (Santa Fe Springs location) did a great job identifying some maintenance issues I had with my vehicle. He was very helpful, attentive, and installed my new battery and inputted cooling fluid in the car. He was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I visited a different Autozone (Slauson) and was disappointed by the lack of customer service. However, when I visited this location (Telegraph), I was helped out by Jacob and Eric. Both were absolutely amazing and nice! They were very knowledgeable on the products I needed and super willing to help me out! They went above and beyond! I appreciate the help received and will be coming back in the future.

Staff was incredible! I go here every few months and every time the staff is really knowledgable and goes out of their way to figure out my problem and inform me with the correct information. Last time i went here i got a free oil change and maintenance course basically, this young lady told me things that i never knew that was very useful. She also was very careful how she informed me by giving me verbal disclaimers with the instructions she suggested. I really appreciate this because as a business owner to see a young employee meet up to corporate compliance in every aspect was very impressive!

If you want to be satisfied with the knowledge and experience of parts counter people, and dependable promised time to get your parts that you have to order because ( with part in hand ) they have to cross reference with other business just to find out that they have it. BUT! If you need 2 you can only get 1 and pay for both with their promise,,,( Bro it will be here tomorrow @10am).Still waiting to hear from them on the12 oclock promise. I recommend that if its hailing bowling ball size hail dont go inside ( THAT STORE ) you just might be promised you will be okay tomorrow at around 10ish.

This place is awesome! Dina walked me out to my car, jumped my battery (was stuck at jack in the box) to get me closer to auto zone then charged my battery for me. Truly a life saver!💯🙌🏾

I called AutoZone in Pico Rivera and Downey CA and they said they could not help me install my bulb that just went out. On my way to the Whittier location, where they kindly offered to help and also told me they had to help me, I found this Auto Zone in S.F. Springs where Diego kindly asked if I needed help. He inspected my light and saw it was the low beam then changed it for me. Thank you Diego.

Auto zone is a blessing. People that work for auto zone.are curtious.i never had a bad experience in any of there franchise stores in any county Ive been to. Most of all it seems when you have the 5 points rewards cards it seems like when times are tuff that extra 20 dollars credit you get when you get 5 points.actualy Im on my way to purchase a 12 volt battery charger with my 20 dollar credit.my brother bought one 3 hours ago I loved now Im gonna go buy one
