Very pleased with the service and time frame the work was completed on my Jeep after it was involved in an accident. They had it washed and ready to go when I got there to pick it up so there was no waiting around. Would definitely recommend or (hopefully not) use them again if needed.

I was extremely impressed with the professional, helpful, courteous staff. They made sure the entire experience was seamless. I felt complete confidence and was at ease with leaving my vehicle there for repair. The repair was completed alot faster than expected as well. Love that when the work was done, they were able to deliver my vehicle and take the rental back. If that is not legendary customer service, I dont know what else is. Was super impressed!

Insurance companies have their own best interest at heart. Caliber and their staff put MY daughters best interest FIRST. They handled everything from start to finish. The car was returned to her in 3 weeks looking better than it did before the accident. Not only did they do a fantastic job on the car repair and paint - they went a step further and gave the car a little extra TLC. The management provided regular updates on their progress. I am so thankful for their service and the compassionate way they treated my daughter. Thank you.

My car was damaged due to a accident where a guy on a motorcycle kit my whole driver side of my car. I came here through my insurance and I’m glad I did. My car looks brand new! And I thought the repairs were going to take forever before I got my car back and they actually got it done before their approximate date they initially gave me.

I took my 2008 Chrysler 300 to Caliber Collision in SFS after Id had an accident that left the passenger side of my car looking so awful that I was embarrassed to drive it. Mario at Caliber Collision assured me that they would be able to make my car look like new again. Im glad that I trusted them because my car does look beautiful again and Im now proud to drive it again. I highly recommend their reputable auto body repair services and their manner of doing business.

I already obtained all the parts for a body repair job. Was quoted one price after the initial examination and just prior to initiating work but was quoted an outrageous price before commencing work. We had an agreement before the sales manager got involved. It was a very small, easy job and we were supplying our own authorized parts. Apparently the rent and salaries needed to be paid from this one repair.

They are very professional, friendly and quick! They provided me with a free estimate for my car after someone hit me and dented my bumper. They have a nice waiting room with a variety of coffee’s and cold water. The guy who provided me with the estimate was very quick and got a formal quote back to me 2.5 hours quicker than expected! Really appreciate that!

Had my company truck get worked on by this guys. When I got the truck back I notice stuff was missing they jacked some cds Oakley sunglasses and a IPhone case I had in my vehicle. Make sure you guys take your stuff before leaving the car with these people.

This place was okay the staff was friendly but they didn’t do the job really good, they didn’t finish my car, they don’t put a missing parts.

I called to make an appointment for an inspection to get an estimate for the damage on my vehicle for the insurance company to repair. I took my vehicle in, the inspection was done and I was told by the employee that I would be getting an email the next day telling me the estimate. I have yet to receive it.
