Somebody backed into my car and thank you Advanced Auto Body for taking care of me they are very organized and updated me every step of the way overall they do really professional work got me back on the road faster than I expected and my car looks like new again !!! Thanks a lot I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs some body work done

Brought my car in to get repaired here for a new steering wheel and cracked windshield. When my car was finished my drivers window wouldnt roll up and sun roof wouldnt open.(they worked fine before I dropped off my car) The guy tells me I need to buy a part for the driver window and I needed to grease the sun roof in order for them to work again.In short, they messed up other areas of my car during the repair and tried to get me to pay for it.

If I could give zero stars I would! My husband bought auto care off of groupon for this company. He went to this business last November after he bought it in october. They accepted the groupon for an oil change we only had to pay taxes and up to $10. Now today, I tried to get an oil change there with the same groupon and they tell me that they have not accepted groupon since last May. They are VERY unprofessional!! I will be telling everyone I know not to go to them because that is not how a business should perform!

My name is Gerry verma I am one of the owners of Advance Auto Body. In response to Jessica Calvillo, review. The vehicle was towed from the accident site to the tow yard, then it was towed to a dealer (owners choice), where the repairs were denied and it sat there for some time, when we towed the vehicle in from the dealership . we performed our usual check in photos, the vehicle was ransacked and we had photos taken at check in and by the insurance inspector who took photos prior to the vehicle arriving to our facility.(both sets of photos matched the condition of the vehicle) the vehicle had items and trash all over the floor board. Jessica Calvillo also tried to report a 2nd claim to her insurance carrier regarding her belongings which the insurance carrier denied after they reviewed our photos and their reinspectors photos. the reinspectors photos from the tow yard showed the vehicle in the same condition as our check in photos. the vehicle was impounded after the accident then towed to a dealership then to our facility, it changed hands 2 times before arriving to our facility. her 2nd claim was denied due to the fact, no items that was claimed missing could be proven missing by Jessica Calvillo and the condition of the vehicle was in such state prior to arriving to our facility
