Ordered an exhaust for an 07 Civic SI. Fast shipping. Well packaged. Install was easy, with the right tools and a lift. Without a lift... good luck with those front bolts! Supplied bolts were a bit too long, but not a big deal. Had to remove the heat shield around the cat to get them in. Was able to reinstall the heat shield and finish the install. Nice welds. Flanges and gaskets all lined up nicely. Very deep exhaust note!!! Very loud!!! Sounds amazing. It comes with a silencer for those long road trips. I love it. My neighbors are going to hate me!

Order a part online for a repair job. Received confirmation of the order. Then received the tracking number from Fed Ex that was no good. I was expecting the package on a specific day to finish my job and collect from my customer. I sent multiple messages without response. I finally received response the day it was supposed to deliver to find out they gave me the wrong tracking number and the package would be delayed 4 days. Very frustrating to deal with. The problem was much more than a 1 day delay. I was given the WRONG tracking number. Your response is a fantastic example of your capacity for customer service. I realize that tracking info is not always correct. I deal in the shipping business so I am not clueless as to how this works. I realize that mistakes happen, but if I had received the correct tracking info I could have scheduled accordingly.

Bought an exhaust system from them on 6/8/20 they recommended I take the exhaust and have it installed with a muffler shop they work with. I instead took it to my own muffler shop 1-A muffler on norwalk blvd santa fe springs great shop for anyone looking for a place honest guy great prices. The next day I hear a rattle coming from the exhaust system so I took it back to Yen at 1-A muffler he informs me the rattle is coming from inside the resonators and mid pipe section and it was most likely an issue caused in the manufacturing process. I then got in contact with speed element who requested a video by then I had left the shop and was in route to speed element. When I get there I ask the guy there to listen to the noise which he does and I go as far as to ask him to ride in the car where the noise is more apparent. After he confirms the noise he makes a couple calls and informs me I would need to go to the muffler shop they use called cypress muffler and speak to steve so that he can confirm the defective part. He added that if the part is truly defective they will replace it and cover the labor but if its not defective they would charge me $80 and then added he believed it was rasp causing the rattle. I accepted his offer and called steve to confirm an appointment and asked if he knew what rasp was at which point he added he had never heard that term before and was not aware he was going to do an inspection. I decided to remove the system and install my original exhaust I wont be purchasing anything from them in the future and I am now stuck with a system that cost me $540 that I had on my car for 2 days, why would you need to send me to another muffler shop to confirm the defect you heard yourself and then try to dismiss it and call it something that its not and on top of that still suggest I go to a shop where clearly you intend to use the same dismissive strategy just to get more money from your customer.

I was in town for the weekend from northern Cali and they were able to come and meet me even though they were closed to accommodate me. I bought a new set of wheels for my Miata at an amazing deal! I ordered the tsudo cat back exhaust for my 17 focus st. It arrived very fast only 4 days after ordering with no problems. Install took about 30 minutes, everything aligned perfectly, brought all the bolts and gaskets as in the description. Quality of the welds and bends were spot on. One of the best exhaust for the price, would recommend to anyone looking for a nice deep sounding exhaust without killing your wallet.

Bought a Tsudo downpipe from here and the website had it listed wrong for the wrong year WRX. I spend ton of time and money to rule out fitment issues with the rest of the exhaust until I learned the downpipe is for a 08-14(only 3 inches longer) not a 02-07. Granted its been a couple of months since the purchase, the owner refuses to fix HIS MISTAKE. He Offered to take it back but I would loose out on restocking and shipping fees. Could of have bought a better downpipe at a better store for the money Im into this. Poor customer service, didnt want to work on fixing it.

Order the tsudo sp2 catback exhaust for my 2016 accord sport got it within 3-4 days and got it installed on Friday the tips are way off one of them sticks out a lot and the other side is way inside the bumper . Send them a message the responded quick but after I told them the issue I never heard from them again..

I ordered a bumper for my car, I called them and asked if it would fit my car they said that it would. When the bumper came it wasnt what was sold, didnt fit what so ever. Their return policy is a scam. They said I can return it within 30 days. Turns out I have to pay the return shipment and they would only return half of the price so it wasnt even worth returning the bumper at this point. My whole experience with them has been a nightmare stay away from them.

Don’t buy from them. Bought a full exhaust. My downpipe came damaged, so I tried to do a return/replace request. They never even emailed me back. It’s been a month now.
