Ordered a Headlamp and they sent the opposite side. The headlamp was in a box wrapped in insane amounts of UPS envelopes for padding. Sent the light back using the same packaging, they then sent the light back to me by mistake. Sent the light back to them again after calling to find out what was going on, now they are saying the light is damaged and I cannot receive a refund. I sent the part back to them packaged the same exact way they shipped to me. I have photos to prove the light was shipped to me this way but it doesn’t matter how they sent it to me it only matters how I sent it back. Will never use this company again and I’ll be sure to pass this along to all of the other service advisors and insurance adjusters. They like to say the part was damaged so they don’t have to refund money but doesn’t look like it was damaged during shipping. Really? Because I have a photo of the corner chipped when I received the part.

They reduce the list price by taking 1/3 of your discount away to force you to buy the part by providing a lower list to the insurance company either that or lose profit by price matching with a local vendor . Thank you Platinum Auto Trends .

When I called to resolve the problem of them charging us a freight fee for the return of a part that was due to their error, Valerie was not helpful, and when I asked to speak to the manager, she said he was busy, and that he would call me back, which he never did, even after three more calls asking for him to return my call. Very poor attitude and equally poor customer service.
