Their website feels like it was designed 20 yrs ago and is frustrating to navigate. Cost to ship is exorbitant; almost $13 to ship a 1oz vial (and thats the cheapest, non-rush price). Seriously? A USPS priority box is $7.20. They are profiting off of shipping. Difficult to even place an order. I wonder how they stay in business.
