I went here for the first time today. Not only did I absolutely love everything in the shop. But sizes were inclusive, fairly priced, and the lovely personnel working there (Bella and I didn’t catch the other’s name) were so wonderful. Made me feel so comfortable and brought other options while trying things on that might be better for my body. They were amazing, and I left with a fabulous jumpsuit (something I’ve never worn!) and a beautiful coverup. It was a great experience - products were great, and the service was even better. Thank you for making my day 💕

Great store. I particularly recommend their one-size-fits all bralettes. I am not a small women but they fit great and are super soft and comfortable.

This is a great store. Redemption has a variety of things for sale, and they are all beautiful and well-made. It is a wonderful place to go if you are looking to purchase a gift, and all of the staff are friendly and attentive. While Redemption is a bit pricey, everything in the shop is of good quality and made by local artisans and artists in California. Upon arrival, the line was out the door, but while waiting an employee explained the story behind the store, and was extremely polite. I had a fabulous time here and will be back soon! So glad there are places like this in Santa Cruz!

This store is beautiful with so many quality pieces and I LOVE that they have so many local things... if I had the cash to spend I’d literally buy everything in the place.That being said, everyone has a different shopping style and mine is the more introverted cruising around, asking for help when I need it kind. All of the employees are very nice and knowledgeable but I do feel like the constant check ins from everyone working are a lot to take in unless you’re in a particularly social mood. I have to psych myself up to go in and it still makes me and some other friends feel a little uncomfortable... sounds very antisocial, I know, but what can I sayAgain, I love this store but maybe just check in once or twice and then let people peruse your lovely items and do their own thing.. just my two cents, coming from a place of kindness! I absolutely adore this store. Their locations in Campbell and Los Gatos are amazing!! so naturally, this is the perfect addition to downtown Santa Cruz. When glow left I was worried another chain would fill the spot but I’m so happy it’s a small biz boutique taking over this location. The owners tammy and David have carefully curated their shops and filled the shelves with all the best California based artisans with California made goods. Love love love this place! It’s a must-visit kind of shop!

Redemption not only has the most beautiful assortment of goods to shop from but everything is curated from local independent artist! In these hard times it’s a no brainer to support community and ethically made goods.

Sadly this store will profile you upon entering. I overheard that an out of towner took off with items recently. They proceeded to watch me and asked if I needed help numerous times, was unwelcoming to say the least. Makes me wish I never left my work study in Japan. このお店は本当に失礼でした。
