Last local electronics holdout that Im aware of. They have what I am looking for 25% of the time. But that is 100% more than anywhere else now that Frys is gone. 5/5 stars because its better than not having it. The prices are not particularly bad and worth it for parts I need same day. Support you local businesses!

Makers will find hardware for building nearly anything. What they dont have, they can get. But they have a lot of stuff

My computer was diagnosed with a burned out motherboard from a BIOS update by some other, but this shops expert fixed it without requiring that and also made it more usable for the right price (a rare thing on this side of the world). Thank you

Since radio shack closed, this is the only place in town where you can find expert advice on electronics and repair. Ive been buying small components here recently and the prices are fair and reasonable. the staff is friendly and eager to help.

I like the selection of items at this store, even though its more computer oriented products. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with queries. They have ample supply of soldering supplies, which is what I usually need. I do wish that they would carry more variety of products though.

More organized than your usual electrics store, considering the stock variety. They have a wider selection and older stuff than RadioShack. I called ahead looking for a somewhat obscure cable and the guy on the phone found it in ten seconds. Super helpful!

One of the of the last Electronic component dealers in Santa Cruz county. Good helpfull folks, a selection of the most common parts, and they are open late. The negitaves are they dont have everything the internet has and their prices are higher. But if you need it today or you want to talk to someone knowledgeable, they are here.

Great place to get electrical components! This is my go to place for all the projects I start. There are many different resistor values as well as connectors to choose from. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Very much like the old old Radio Shack was, but much friendlier staff and more useful equipment.

I came in to have a hard drive installed. They did it in 5 minutes and then didnt even charge for labor because I ended up getting an OS install as well. The techs here are knowledgeable, they have good prices and they work pretty quick. Highly recommended.

These guys are super helpful and they always have what I need, even when no one else in town does. Got an internal wifi chip there to fix up a used computer...way nicer than having a big wifi dongle sticking out of the back of the case.

Helpful staff. Great prices on LEDs and cables. Got a type c cord for my boyfriend here for only $12 when everywhere else wanted $25-$40 for one. A little pricey on some other things though, like project boxes. Definitely check them out if you need electronic parts or LEDs.

Amazing service!! My shipped computer would get no display after shipping and no hard drive activity light. I feared for the worst and came in expecting bad news, a bill for diagnostics and a list of parts I would need to replace.Within 5 minutes my rig was working (loose cpu bolts) and no charge whatsoever. I called to ask if they had IR leds and asked how much they cost. The guy helping me said they had some for $1.50. Then I asked 1.50 for how many? He said it depends, and said you will have to come in. I drove 20 miniutes . Turns out that for one 940nm IR Led it would cost $2.50, which there was only one of. For a single 900nm IR led $10.00!! Which there was only like 3. Horrible....

Theyre awesome. Generally know what they are talking about, and honest when they dont.

They have a great selection. Lots of adapters, connectors and cords. They also have a great selection of individual electronic parts, resistors, capacitors, inductors, switches, that sort of thing. They also have a good selection of Arduino Shields and sensors. They carry high quality tools. I love the Wiha screwdrivers! And for something completely different, they carry a line of very nice, smallish personal type CNC Machining centers. The only thing I have slightly negative to say is their prices are a bit high but thats to be expected for a small local business. I dont mind paying a little bit more with local jobs are involved.

Almost bought the wrong USB cable and the guy at the counter actually noticed and asked if I was sure thats what I needed. I was blown away by this simple thing. Thats what you get for shopping at an electronics store where the people working there actually know about electronics!At first I thought the cable was overpriced, but I was on the clock. So I actually saved my boss money by not driving elsewhere. Their stuff may seem expensive, but remember youre paying to keep one of the last true electronics stores alive. And given the time savings, the prices might not be so bad in the bigger picture.

I needed M.2 screw removed (it was almost stripped) and new screw. They dont sell, but they quicjly muscled out the old one, dug around in spare-screws box for match - no charge!

Friendly and super helpful staff (Steve, if I remember correctly.) A good selection of electronics. They have Arduino, and Raspberry pie controllers and components. And they even have a few CNC Mills and also sell the Shapeoko CNC Router which they have on display for demo.
