Went to Rite Aid the first time last week to get a money order. Loved the store. It was big and had so many things that I needed. Their Ensure sells for $6.99 and everywhere else is about $11.99+. So glad that I needed to get that money order or I might not have discovered what a great store this is. I should also mention that the employees were helpful and friendly.

The Santa Cruz 95062 Rite Aid store is unfortunately a place to avoid at all costs. I but stopped going there for the simple reason that the personnel (except an older ladychecker) is either inefficient or disrespectful, or both. I shall mention that:1. There is no hands sanitizer at the door, 2. The dispensers throughout the store are all empty (as of Aug 17 2021) 3. When mentioned to an employee, she fervently, loudly, aggressively and repeatedly, denied it, wanting to show me a smallish pump bottle at the register.Obviously it is hard to hire experienced workers. In some cases less employees is best.

Used to be good pharmacy. Now pharmacist cant bother to be in store during busy time when people commuting. Think they are trying to push customers to use mail order instead of in store purchase. Of course after full day at work I want to sit in store for half hour waiting on pharmacist rather than going home.

The sales people are not very friendly. They dont even ask you if you want a bag or not. However, it is a very large store and probably helpful in picking up needed items.

Their always out of stock of product and sales associates dont know where anything is in the store. the security guard follows you around the store. so no I dont recommend this Rite Aid. I wouldnt even give it one star. I used to love this Rite Aid..

I wish I could give this a 10th of a star the manager Diane was rude from the moment I walked in like I was some homeless person just trying to get something out of her when I asked to use the restroom For my friends little girl and when I asked about Western Union and receiving money she basically Said oh I dont have the money like she couldnt even help me without even asking for the amount that I was receiving which was only $50. And also disappeared without a telling her employees that she was going to the restroom so when I needed something out of a display case she was paiged twice and no answer so I finally got fed up and yelled her name in the store! In a way I understand why she got offended but when youre in customer service and they manager you should compose yourself in a way that the customer can not feel like a problem when its simply your job!!!!!!! This is our neighborhood Rite Aid. It is consistently mismanaged. Clerks are friendly, but lines are always long. Twice when we stopped for ice for camping they have been out. Management does not order to meet demand.

Has got to be the WORST RiteAid in the county! If you can find an associate they arent helpful, they wont even help each other out when called over the loud speaker. The cashiers are so ridiculously slow and strange it feels like you are on a hidden camera show and someone is about to tell you its all been a big joke. Sadly, it isnt.The store is typically a wreck, looks like they are constantly going through a re-merchandising. Shelves are bare or have huge pockets of out of stock product. Ive gone in and had to leave empty handed more often than not. The location convenience isnt worth it at all.Places like this are why people order things online instead.

Worst service ever standing in line about 10 things line there is three employees in the next. Stall looking at the line getting longer then they walk out the front doorwhat a joke never shopping there again

Manager was super rude when I asked to use the restroom. I shop at RiteAid 1-2 times every week so I dont appreciate what an attitude she had because she was forced to unlock the bathroom for me. Really bad customer service.

Pharmacist not here yet again!! Can’t pick up even a renewal! They say new script although been on it at same dose for years
