Just walking into this store filled with sparkling crystals and pretty, unique jewelry is a gift unto itself, but having someone there who is passionate and knowledgeable about what he sells takes the buying experience to the next level! I recently bought an amethyst bracelet there and just love it. This is a favorite stop of mine whenever I am in town.

This is the sweetest shop with so many gorgeous crystals/stones/rocks! There’s an entire section of raw stones which are generally hard to find, and the prices are so reasonable. The owner was so knowledgeable and kind as well, and I will definitely be coming back when I visit Santa Cruz again! Highly recommend anyone interested in stones to check out this shop. An absolutely amazing store! By far my favorite one in California, it’s assortment is incredible!! I was able to find both raw and beautifully cut stones, and could stay there for hours without running out of new things to learn. The store owner was exceptionally knowledgeable about the physical qualities of gems, as well as the metaphysical properties. After my visit, I even received a few slips of paper that gave more information on the stones I purchased! Henry was very kind and attentive to my friends and I, and answered all our questions for items we looked into. This shop has certainly become my new go-to for my growing collection, and I’ll be sure to let others know about it. Thank you so much!

Stellar experiences both times I have been here. I really like the owner of this shop; hes really nice. I got some gifts for a birthday party and some crystals for myself too! They are GORGEOUS. It was really hard to decide which to take home, and I just wanted everything. He didnt pressure me, but just let me drool in peace. I have other friends who like this shop too; probably not as fervently as I do, but hey, I am a crystal nut. I found his website and I am going to go browse. YIKES! :)

Henry is incredibly knowledgeable and is very kind and generous. I love that not only does he have an amazing assortment of crystals but he also carries a wide variety of Jewelry supplies and findings.

Very very pleasant shop!! i always love coming here with my partner, the shopkeep is exceptionally friendly and helpful, but i had a lot of difficulty navigating the store in my bigass wheelchair. ableds will be a-okay tho, just make sure to be very nice! and dont do culturally appropriative witchcraft! ^^got a lovely piece of lumerian quartz here yesterday! wish i could have bought more pendants.edit: five stars, broke cord on the lumerian quartz i bought here yesterday. rewaxed with an old candle, retied with a new type of knot. coming back for a nicer chain for the piece, and hopefully some more stones and pendants. maybe some pearls if fortune seems in my favor. coming back for first fridays. 💚💚👁

Went in several times. Henry was wonderfully kind and knowledgeable, and spent a few days identifying a huge portion of my rock and crystal collection that had been passed on to me. He answered a thousand different questions, gave me lots of ideas and new stones to look for, and was just all around very helpful and accommodating. Definitely the best rock and crystal shop Ive ever visited; Im sad to be leaving the state, but if I ever return this will be on my list of places to revisit! Thank you!

Love Henry. Hes warm natured and is a wealth of information. The shop is decently priced, and FULL of different minerals and stones. I make a point to go here whenever in CA, and I always spend well over an hour browsing around. My favorite place to go!!! Cant wait to visit again.

Nice store, but owner doesnt great you while hes on the phone for 10 mins. Once you touch something though hell stop his phone conversation to point out do not touch signs about crystals. Relax, it was a snail shell, dude. He then promptly returned back to his call. Lost a sale. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Seemed to have some good deals and selections. I dont shop rocks very often but I left with what I felt like was a great deal. The owner was kind and seemed genuinely intrigued with the beauty of the stone I bought.

Worst experience with a volatile man!!!came in with two friends and there 4 year old who are from out of town and excited to shop there 4 year touched the top of mystic globe slightly and the older man worker began yelling at his mom saying control it ( it meaning her son) never did this man come up explaining why the child was not able to touch or made a first polite attempt to ask Nicely not to touch I understand it’s his business but that was uncalled for he begans screaming at her with the child terrified listening and he said this is not a place for kids while another mother was in there shopping with her kid (who was touching everything as well) never will I recommend this place to friends or family in my hometown of Santa Cruz

I GIVE NEGATIVE 1 STAR! I loved this store im a gem collector and this is a beautifully done store, but When we walked in we were seen but never greeted, ok no big deal but..The owner man in the store was extremely RUDE! to my boyfriend and yelled at him if he could read he YELLED AT HIM, here were the mans words It says DONT TOUCH, can you read! (HIM YELLING)I said hes not not touching it, then rudely he says to my boyfriend CANT YOU READ!! So my instant reply is .. He can! And hes not touching it! he just opened the little info paper on it to read! He apologized to us and said from the angle it looked like he was touching something..WOW, I MEAN REALLY IS THAT HOW YOU TALK TO A NEW CUSTOMER!? If you have to put up tons of do not touch signs then why not put glass locking doors! Im very sadden..were not sure if it was a racist issue or what but it was so inappropriate to yell at ur customer, I instantly said lets go..because no one deserves to be yelled at if they can even read.

We knew he moved from 41st ave and what luck we were downtown and he’s on front street . I don’t think it’s the same owner as before as there are signs EVERYWHERE don’t touch the crystals . Well I’m a firm believer your stone chooses you . I picked a tiny crystal up to show my husband and rude man said pay attention to the sign in his British accent . Ugh really guess that wasn’t the crystal . I just walked out . I was really excited to go in and bad taste in my spirit when I left . Too bad !
