TERRIBLE!!! Zero service. Expected better from this company. Youd think being lighting professionals they would know what they are doing but you would be better off doing your own research online and buy from build.com which has much lower prices, better return policy and decent selection!

Every time I come here it takes forever to get what I need.

I bought a bunch of electrical material here one time and they didnt even offer to help me load it in my truck, although they did give me a cart to make the 7 trips in and out that it took!Decent stock of material but lazy staff.

Their computer system to check stock is terrible, it will most likely show up as unavailable even if it is in front of them. If they find it in store they will take a very long time to bring it out, 40 minutes to get a wire cut from spool. Been here several times and same experience. I am done with this place.

Good luck getting the phones answered, counter salesman had know knowledge of their products.
