Took our Lenovo laptop here for a fix, very pleasant to work with so far, hoping to get it back soon!

I took my kryterion on-site test, smooth process. They had taken all precautions like wear Mask, sanitizers bottles on each station(except inside the exam room). The best thing was I was the only person taking the test in the test room & I could think loud.Could hear conversation sound as it was a quite place and even with the door closed could hear the conversation between 2 people in the office during the exam.

Came to get a Lenovo laptop LCD screen fixed, and because I got lucky and they had the part in stock, I managed to get the computer back on the same day (in ~4h) and was charged a reasonable price for it. Really happy with the quick turnover! (It sounded like it would have taken about 2-3 business days for the part to ship if they had not had it on hand, so thats still incredibly fast compared to other places I inquired which said that it would have taken them 2-3 weeks for turnover).

My Lenovo T480s had a couple of stuck keys and the Lenovo service department listed A & A as one of the 3rd party service centers in the Santa Clara county. Fortunately they were open and took care of the repair promptly. I would highly recommend them.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I had an issue with my out-of-warranty Lenovo ThinkPad that another local repair shop was unable to fix. I decided to try A&A before sending in to Lenovo (which was going to be expensive). Ashwin fixed it in less than 24 hours and didnt charge me for his labor. It was the best experience in dealing with IT / computer folks Ive ever had. I absolutely recommend A&A.

Junkey management. My back lid of t470 was broken. Under warranty. They ordered it . Took 10 days. He asked me bring your laptop friday noon, we give it afternoon. I was so busy and i show up 3:45pm, they said no! 2 weeks closed! I asked give me the lid I install it. He refused. I bought ebay 30$.

I took two tests for my teaching credential here. Very friendly staff, comfortable testing environment, easy access to rest room. Highly recommended!

Its a Kryterion On Site Proctored Exam venue. Often the desktops can lose connectivity. On the plus side, place is generally not crowded thus allowing for peace of mind for writing exams.

Place is well kept and well managed. Only thing to keep in mind is that dont reserve an exam for the last slot. People closing the place would either rush you or you would be disturbed by the vacuum cleaners loud noise. It gets annoying on top of all those things when they start talking loudly on the phone (irrespective of what time you book your exam).

Very convenient and clean Prometric center. Staff is nice. There is drinking water/coffee machine. Little waiting area but thats ok. If test go well than after that can watch a movie in AMC 20 and do shopping near by 🙂.

I had been to A&A computers for my lenovo thinkpad which crashed during the warranty period. Trust me I had the best experience here with Umesh and Ashwin. Perfect for Pearson VUE. Near to office

Took my Pearson Vue test here. Strange hodgepodge of computer repair shop + test center + financial advisors. Would have been fine except the computer repair noises ongoing while I was testing. Also the Vue system was not ready to go until 9am on a Monday, maybe dont schedule on Mondays.
