Excellent experience. Really nice job on business cards and really good turn-around time. They got me in and out of there this morning in record time. I couldnt be happier. They are my new local go-to for all future printing.

Every time I go to this location to do a printing job it’s a nightmare. There’s never enough people working to help you. Today I wasted money and haven’t got my job done. The worker was alone and struggling between helping people and answering the phone.

Rude staff, unhelpful. Avoid if possible

Extremely obnoxious and rude manager, who unfortunately is not managing from her office but is “greeting” customers and doing “customer service”. Go to another location, even if it’s a drive it will be worth it.

Manager on duty was very condescending and neglected to assist me in finding out about a package. Not everyone that comes into FedEx has been to a FedEx before and doesnt always know how it works. The superiority complex was strong and I can understand why you struggle to reach 3 stars on google.

I arrived 12 minutes before the close needing to print three separate files. I immediately requested assistance from the staff because I knew it would be faster if they could assist me. The staff said they were too busy, so I proceeded with printing my files without assistance. I got 2 of 3 files printed and the manager decided that there was no time left to allow me to print my final file despite my request for help and a plea for 2 minutes grace. The manager got aggressive and left me feeling abused and unappreciated as a customer. This behavior will eventually result in a collapse of the business.Very poor customer service!

Diana and her team took exceptional care of us, especially given the short deadline we were facing which included multiple revisions to a presentation deck. Will absolutely go back and utilize their services going forward.

Worst service. The employer name Cecilia shouldnt work there if she doesnt like her job. And the manager should learn how to manage her people before managing her store.

Worst FedEx location ever. I had to take a 2x2 photo. They would not take it, because there were some stuff in front of the white background. Very rude staff. To make things better. She suggested me to go to other FedEx location. Very far away. While there was another place that takes pictures literally on the other side of the street. Avoid!

The customer experience is terrible. The store is understaffed so naturally associates have very little time or patience to help each customer fully. This is basically a self service store with very hard to use tools to do the printing yourself. By the time you bumble through the self serve process and get near the end, you learn that they cant actually fulfill your request due to their software limitations. (I was trying to print an 18x24 sized black & white pdf, apparently that file size is too large for them to process in any way. I learned this after spending an hour trying to figure it out with very little help from the already overwhelmed single staff member.) I look forward to giving my business to locally owned more service oriented local print shop.

They are good. They do their job. If anything the only wait is because most customers that go in there have no idea what they are doing

Currently waiting in line for a couple homeless guys to stop reading their newspaper on the copy machines. Employees are just ignoring everything. Great spot.

Asked for items in stock over the phone. Show up and they dont carry the item. Short staffed and miscommunication. Dont waste your time doing anything there in person.

Made a print order online and paid for it online. When I went to pick up the order it took 15 minutes for someone to grab the order for me from the back. Dont use this store if possible. Always takes forever even when you try to save time by ordering online 😣

Computer and printing services are designed to get more money from you in stupid ways. Forces two step login to gmail, finds gmail to be a risky website so you are forced to spend more time getting online and printing a receipt on your money unless you notice and uncheck it. Find other places to print your things.

5-Stars for their (self-serve) machines capable of printing via USB, Wi-Fi, Etc...!

You may ask yourself, arent they all similarly lukewarm? nope, this one sucks. Slow, poorly laid out, bad communication, poorly trained employees, terrible line management.

Came in for a print job using the self serve computer. Literally the slowest computer ever, takes 2 minutes for every input took me an hour to get all the setting right for my printing.

You can upload and schedule your documents online and pick them up or send an assistant. You can also pre-pay and charge a FedEx account too.

Workstations useless, staff cant scan and email documents.
