I walked in Sunday afternoon to pick up a few items and of course they had a great selection. I was very interested in their expanded food pantry and home goods section. Its now become a one stop shop! I appreciate the added aisles dont take away from the liquor and wines selection. And great friendly staff like always!

Love the great selection! Something for everybody. They even have Peruvian Pisco. A rarity to find in this town these days.

Just a standard corporate BevMo, rarely very busy. Parking is a bit complicated if you dont know about the alley behind it and turn in a half block early. Usually fairly nice folks if you ask for any help.[Note added after response from Bevmo -- Hey Bevmo, I dont give anybody a 5 star review unless they do something exceptional and beyond normal day-to-day operations. You guys are just fine.]

BevMo! carries my favorite french brandy at good price and lots more. I suggest you sign up for the Club online for discount card, and they seem to have delivery for club members via online ordering.

Its a perfect place to find a special gift or stock up for your mini bar. Good prices with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love their glass ware selection, which is where I usually find my favorite whiskey ~ scotch glass, my little Glencairn glass. However, they have the right glassware for any type of fine wine, craftsman beer, or exclusive spirit. Go BevMo!

I have been watching Kdrama since COVID because regular TV shows have become very limited and repetitive. Every show has Koreans drinking Soju in little green bottles. I couldnt find it at my regular stores but it was nicely displayed at Bevmo. The salesman was courteous, and very knowledgeable. He instructed me on what to mix it with or just drink it straight. It is distilled liquor 17%. Did not know that. I definitely recommend Bevmo for the novice like me or the expert. The store is huge with every variety of wine and liquor.

My first visit to the Santa Barbara BevMo. The great staff gave my mom recommendations on top shelf rum, and I was referred to some unique Sav Blancs. (We are inexperienced on these products and asked a lot of questions.) The staff was patient and helpful! Great deals for club members on their buy one, get one.

Aweful, generic wine and booze selection. Costs way more than trader joes which is almost next door and yet there is very little there that is superior. We went there to recycle wine corks, on the phone, they said they took them, when we got there they said they didnt. Typical. One more reason to not go there.

This is a classic BevMo. Large variety of beverages with decent prices. If your a club member there are deals to be had. They also offer a large selection of liquor with some unique bottles. Easy to find a hostess gift and a great place to stock up for a party.

Wasted a lot of my time in line today only to be turned away with a half-hearted Sorry, as did the two potential customers ahead of me. Understanding that we are in difficult times, customers and store staff are trying to cope with new protocols to help keep everyone safe. That being said, if you are only serving people who have pre-ordered their purchases, then perhaps posting that information in the parking lot, maybe fifty feet down the line outside the store. Maybe an email, something? No, only a sandwich board at the door with some cryptic information on online orders. Sorry BevMo. Im done with you. Ive spend thousands of my $s with you over the years. No more. Ill spend my $s with businesses that dont waste their former customers time. Good bye! BTW, went to Smart and Final and got what I needed, no lines and for less money!

Pretty good selection of beer and wine. Excellent variety of small batch Whiskey/Bourbons. Prices are competitive. Plus over 75 different keg/draft beers and ales. If not in stock, this will order for you. Highly recommended.

Usually have the rare items on hand I cant get anywhere else (including online). They stock many non-alcoholic drinks which are very hard to come by as well.. staff is always friendly and online pickup makes getting in and out quick!

Coming from out of state(a state sans Bevmo)we were asked if we were part of their discount club. Answering that we were not we were rung up and realized that Bevmo punishes non members with an approximate 30% mark up. The clerk was unresponsive and equally unhelpful. Just a heads up. Will definitely seek out any other liquor related store next time we have the option.

Helluva selection but Im a simple guy. 2 thumbs up for having a humidor that properly worked and for having the cigar I like. I want even looking for a stick but bought one anyway.

In todays competitive retail environment, you would think a big box like BevMo would be happy to match prices against total wine. Unfortunately thats not the case! I was going to purchase a six pack of oren swift papillon. The price at BevMo is $5per bottle higher than total wine.

If youre thinking of having a party...even a party for two, come to BevMo. They have great selections of wine, beer, liquors and non alcohol drinks as well as cheese platters and nibblets! They also have great selection of greeting cards for every occasion.

Big selection. Prices are good if you can find a bottle of wine you like it the deal, if not you can end up paying a bit more than you would else where. Overall good place to pick up some drink.

Friendly staff. I wanted gluten free beer and they instantly found it. Like every business in Santa Barbara, its impossible to find without live navigation due to signage restrictions.

This review is for beer selection. For a smaller BevMo they had a great variety. Including an IPA that was a rave from back East I purchased. Store was clean and staff was friendly.

Extensive selection of alcohol at reasonable prices. Lower prices on most items can be found elsewhere. But when youre looking for that one thing, like Southern Comfort or Xocoveza beer, Bevmo works.

The wide range of beverages and the friendly staff make it worth it to go there for any family event drinks that may be required and the special deals they have definitely make it worth it to stock up and enjoy on your favorite spirits, beers, or cocktails

This was my first visit ever to a BevMo and I was really excited given things Id heard from friends on the west coast. You know what? Its just okay. The employees I spoke to and asked questions to were good. Not incredibly knowledgeable about beer but they knew the basics; in my experience, thats usually enough. Ironically, the issue here is the stock. BevMo prides itself on having a ton of inventory but I found their selection very underwhelming. They were missing items from pretty core West Coast breweries and really had little that was interesting; it seemed they were more focused on selling in bulk than anything else. Pricing was higher than I expected as well. I dont like people who come online and complain that their areas stores are better, but you know what, its scary to say that I know at least 5 NY-area stores with a better selection and better pricing than this place. On another note, their system of what beers could be sold as a single and what couldnt seemed completely random.

The staff needed a customers help understanding their tequila product and out of date sale signage. My $10 off coupon didnt get applied to my purchase after being told it did. I had to go back to the store to get a credit. Bev Mo seems to have lost its Mo Jo. May be going to join Liqour Barn.

Ive been a member for years but only go for hard liquor occasionally. The wine prices are not good unless youre able to get a discount after buying a certain amount. Everything else in the store is overpriced. Not all of the staff knows anything about wine and thats a problem.

Place offers nothing of value. Expensive. Ratings on wines are inaccurate, wrong years. Why do I have to sign up with my info for a card to get a discounted price that is still more expensive than many other locations in town for the same product. Why or how can I be looking at champagne for over 20 minutes and theres not an employee around to help?
