I stopped it to purchase a knive . I found what I was looking for unfortunately they were out of stock on that particular one . Jordan was very helpful and ordered it for me online should have it in a day or two. Thanks for your help Jordan.
I always shopped from Williams Sonoma online but going to the store is a whole different experience it was nice to see all the great products they sell and feel the quality of everything they sell, the staff was amazing and very helpful and knowledgeable about everything they sell.

Nice store but a little short staffed
I Called this location today which is Sunday to see what their hours were because online it states on Saturday’s they were open till 9:00pm. Based on that information posted with all their time schedule’s of operation, I drive down there to find out they were in fact closed. What a bummer and waste of gas.When I advised to the young lady who answered the phone what had happened and asked what the correct hours of operation of the store was she told me that the store closes at 6pm Sat and Sun. I kindly asked when would they be updating the website to let their customers know the correct hours of business out of courtesy to us. She stated we’ll get right on that and hung up on me!! Wow! No one deserves to be treated in that manner! I will no longer shop there due to the way this was handled by this rood employee.
To be expected, crystal clean, friendly staff, too bad no more hot cider / espresso, but safer due to virus.
I have been a loyal and engaged customer for many years. Within what my budget is, I have spent a great deal on money while enjoying investing in my kitchen and my home. I bought a Creme Brulee Torch probably 2 years ago. I never used the torch because honestly after my son past it has been hard to enjoy the level of entertaining I have always enjoyed. This Christmas I went to use it and it was defective. I asked my husband to politely leave our guests and assist me. It still did not work and he went to the garage and got his professional torch since he is a professional General Contractor. I have been emailing Williams Sonomas customer service and I was told to contact the store. I just did and spoke with Joan. I explained all of this and she said, (after 2 yrs there is nothing I can do.) I said that wasnt going to work and she said contact manufacturer. I asked how do I do that because I have the box that I bought it in, in my hand and it doesnt mention a manufacturer. She said, ( well contact customer service). This is not a reason to write a review, which honestly I dont make negative reviews because I am a business owner and I know how they effect us. When I mention I have lost a sonand I havent been myself. Generally people offer their sympathy. She didnt say anything and with today being the day of his Homecoming, I am particularly sensitive.I received poor service recently also while I was shopping up in Oregon at their Washington Square location. I visit a girlfriend every year and we love shopping @ Williams Sonoma. I purchase a great deal because with no sales tax and with them shipping to me via UPS, its always a very niceexperience. When I saw the first clerk at the counter, I asked ( do you ship to CA?), she said yes. I proceeded to shop and I would say my order totaled about $600 which I was happy to spend. After waiting in a long Holiday line, which myself and customers in line, were speaking softly and saying they need to open more registers. A Mgr. saw this and assisted me. She basically was not prepared or gave me the impression she even wanted to check me out and help ship. She said ( you know the shipping is going to be expensive, etc.) At that point I felt this was no longer pleasant and told her so and said I didnt want to purchase these items. I didnt make a review for that. But since this just happened as a long time customer it gives me pause. I am disappointed in their customer service lately.
Sales clerk very helpful. Knives I ordered not in stock; must wait 1 month for delivery. Coupon in case had expired 2 weeks earlier.
Expensive. Im not sure these prices have to be that many digits. Youre paying for the name. Go to the dollar store, buy a kitchen utensil and a marker pen and write Williams and Sonoma on it and make yourself feel good that you didnt pay 4 times as much for it. The staff here is wonderful and very helpful!
Online shopping is convenient, but having a Williams Sonoma store locally is really great so you can actually touch and feel the merchandise. I was having a tough time deciding between fry pans, but after feeling the weight & texture, I was able to make the right decision. Plus all of the in store specials and customer service! Great store to shop in, wish I could have one of everything!

Great customer service provided here. Bought an OXO cold brew after l was explained how to use it properly! Great butternut squash sauce and great coffee mugs. Will definitely return for the copper hammered silverware.
Great stuff, but pricey.Staff here is hit and miss, though mostly good. Some times they are a bit stuffy and stand offish. Maybe I dont look the part of someone who shops there, so they dont feel the need to give me the time that they do with those who look the part more. They have great stuff. though do I want to pay $18 for a spatula????
I walked in and was super impressed by the stores layout, its like a candy store for your kitchen. The store attendants were so kind and helpful! I told them what kind of gift i was looking for and they made an excelent suggestion to fit the need! They have the most relyable cookware here too. This is my favorite place to pick up housewarming and wedding gifts.

One of the more higher end cooking wear store. The staff is pretty friendly and the prices are a bit expensive but for the most part I havent had a problem with any of the products that Ive bought.

Just did a bit of christmas shopping today and the manager as well as the young lady at the register were extremely helpful and nice. They kept their cool even though the place was packed, the line was long, and I had some rather un usual requests.
