I met with Sol Wave to discuss a soft water system. We went through all the options and discussed a plan that worked for me. They came out and installed a whole house softener the next week. Installation only took a few hours and the pricing was the best comparitably. If I had known it was going to be this easy I would have done this years ago. My hair, laundry, and appliances thank you Sol Wave!!! Great experience.

I contacted Sol Wave Water to help me address a hard water problem with a commercial boiler. Santa Barbara has some of the hardest water anywhere and it kills boilers. The Owner (Steve) visited my property and he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about hard water. I received a fair price and after I accepted it, the new advanced water softener was installed shortly after. I like keeping business local and I highly recommend Sol Wave Water company.

Sol Wave Water just installed a water softening system at my home. I must say that Steve, Kevin and Josh have the best customer service. I was receiving tank delivery for years! Steve came out, test my water which was completely hard just two days after my delivery! Sol Wave Water suited my house up with a super efficient water softener, salt delivery (so I dont have to worry about it!), a full filter change on my existing drinking water system and ran an ice line to my subzero. The ice line had been a challenge for the last company that tried and they never finished the job. Sol Wave Water ran the new line in the under belly of my home. I know this was not an easy task! Sol Wave Water was determined to get the job done and they did! I have nice fresh, clean ice. Steve, Kevin and Josh delivered just as they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend Sol Wave Water for a moment. Steve and his crew have over 22 years of experience in the water treatment industry and know our water and can absolutely give you the correct combination of equipment.

Ive been a Sol Wave customer for almost a year and my experience has always been positive. Yesterday, I noticed an issue with my system so I called to schedule a service appointment. The service tech, Harrison, showed up on time, quickly identified the issue, resolved the issue and cleaned up the mess the problem had caused. I was really impressed by the whole customer service experience. Check these guys out if you are in the market.

Shortly after installation, our sink leaked and when we called them, they were not helpful. everything was ruined under my sink and water filled our kitchen. My husband fixes it and it will continue every week. We called again and let them know. They have horrible customer service. I am very disappointed in this company and I suggest you do your research before hiring them. They are very expensive and with that, should come good customer service and proper installation.

These guys were a pleasure to work with. I gave them a call and they came out the same day to inspect our plumbing configuration in order to install a reverse osmosis water filter. Then they came back the next day to install it! A very painless process. The best part is we now have water we feel great about drinking. The water in SB has notoriously high solids. This is really hard on the body and made us nervous to drink. Now we have fresh, great tasting water on tap at all times. We are really happy we called Sol Wave.

The best water in Santa Barbara!

Steve and his crew did a great job. Not surprising since Steve has been in the business for so many years. He installed our old system about 15 years ago, and it was time for a repair or a new one. Steve came out to help us decide on what to do. We we had gotten great life with basically zero maintenance out of the last system, and decided to get a slightly larger new system that would last us another 15 years. The next day his technician installed and removed the old one about an hour. 5 stars all the way!

Great product and service. Steve was wonderful when I went to their store to inquire about their product. All my questions were answered and explained thoroughly. Shaun was professional as he installed my new system.

Best water service in CA!

This slumlord Steve is the biggest crook I have ever seen! We rented 2 rooms that were 10 x 10 from his water shop for a whopping $1400/ month!! Almost double the going rate but we were desperate at the time and wanted to accommodate our patients. We finally got fed up with no signage, no separate entrance, and no bathroom as promised; so we relocated to 28 E Canon Perdido St. in Santa Barbara. We were waiting for our deposit back, as we left the place in better condition than it had been when we moved in. Of course no deposit, just a letter stating we now owe them money. What a crook! They stole our deposit check of $1400. I understand why he did it because I never saw one customer walk in his office the whole time there! We will see him and his realtor/wife in court, try not to get robbed by these people as well.

Not only is the water delicious (we have the reverse osmosis system at work) but the owner Steve is fantastic to work with. He is a great supporter of the AHA here in Santa Barbara and we truly appreciate his support, especially at the Santa Barbara Heart & Stroke Walk!

Soon after installation of our softener, one of the hoses that wasn’t properly secured came loose Although the damage was minimal, we asked Sol Wave Water to do the minor repair, but they refused. Based on this experience, I’d recommend to others not to use Sol Wave Water’s services.
