My first time at Sephora. I called and booked a 30 minute “Focus” for myself and my daughter.I am BEYOND pleased with my Artist Ms Alejandra and the latest in glowing, blending, chubby stick contouring and she knew all the best in beauty and well she was by far the sweetest most competent customer service oriented young lady EVER!!Truly, THE best place to go for the GLOW! I had my makeup done by Katie H a few Saturdays ago for my wedding reception. She did a great job and was very sweet! I tried to do the survey provided but my link had expired, and I just wanted to make sure she got some recognition.

The girl that help me was knowledgeable, the product that I came to buy was not in stock but she made really good suggestions

They always have a lot of helpful staff on the floor..

Each time I go to the SB Sephora Store, no matter how busy they are, someone always appears to help me. Had another great experience today!

I always order online because this location usually has a line now because of covid. Other than that, the people working there are super smart and very willing to help! Breaks my heart that some of them are too smart to work at a place like sephora and dont know it 😪

Sephora offers quality cosmetics and beauty products of all kinds. Its a makeup mecca at the lovely outdoor Paseo Nuevo mall in downtown Santa Barbara. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, always knowing just where to find what youre looking for. With Covid-19 restrictions, the store is open and functioning like a safe, well-oiled machine. It helps, for speedy in-store service, to be in their system for fast purchasing! This is a great store!

Service is good. I went in right when it opened looking to buy a gift for a co-worker but they didnt have the full size product ☹ but they offered me the travel size product instead. This is the second time I have experienced an out of stock experience.

Super snobbish staff, judging clients based on appearance or dressing sense. Never have I been talked to or helped with my shopping ( because I go out spontaneously, without much time invested on my appearance), which is eventually why I stopped going there and will not buy from them online too! Ulta is far better

Great friendly staff. Not sure of the spelling but kystal helped me out today and she was just right amount of helpful without hovering. Always an organized store as well.

Sadly this is one of the worse Sephora stores I’ve been to. Staff is unfriendly and does it best to ignore you. Shelves are always in disarray & massy, products always missing and they don’t carry a lot of brands you can find in other stores. Shame...

These ladies are the best! If you have a special event and want to make sure you look fantastic, work with the Sephora gang. We had a large group for solstice and they were sooo accommodating to do all of our makeup.I come anytime I have a wedding, a photoshoot, or a special occasion that needs a professional. Big shout out to Kristin, Sandra, Daisy and Alejandra!!Love these gals !!

Hoped to do an exchange today because I accidentally ordered wrong product. I really needed my Peter Thomas Roth AHA/BHA serum. The store was out of stock, but Liz & Kevin came to my rescue. I left with some samples to tide me over, and keep my skin calm until my full size bottle is back in stock. Im telling you Sephora hires the best people. Thanks Sephora team!

Gave them a 1 star because zero wasn’t an option given, such a rude store! From walking in the door to paying at the register to walking out the door! Don’t bother asking for help there locating an item! Spoiled college kids working there

5 people in line to check out and 1 cashier while 15 staff stood around, some helping shoppers.

I have shopped at many Sephoras. This one has an ok selection of items and the staff has not been all that helpful

Literally, whats wrong with their staffs?? WORST shopping experience ever.

The worst experience here. Lady at the creams section was so rune and unprofessional. Complained at the front register and girl only said “ok your total is $170” I’d give it a zero if I could.

Very poor customer service. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Buy online or elsewhere if you can.

Ask for lily she can help you is very kind and knows a lot about perfumes and makeup
