Some of the guys are really helpful. A gentleman named Ezekiel even helped me find a mechanic when my o2 censor died which is huge because Im traveling through and I know absolutely no one here. Other guys, not so much

Frankie N. provided great service in the Autozone located in N Milpas. Extremely attentive to not only us but also to the other customers there. Answered all questions cheerfully and happily clarified any miscommunication.

Ezquiel M. Was the employee who had helped myself and friend out with vehicle inquiries, he was patient, knowledgeable, as well as extremely helpful. In fact, with a store full of customers he took his time out to make sure we get the right products and volunteer coming out to the parking lot showing as well as explaining the products and proper use/placement. We are now advit AutoZone (Ezquiel) fans and will continue to be loyal customers, for all of our future needs.

We do appreciate the high level of service, even the owner helped us find the right items and had it installed for us coz AutoZone has the tools needed. Price even lower compare to other store. Big help for me.

Try to avoid Frankie. He is not only unaware of how to treat people he takes it to the point of being rude.

Worst experience Ive had, Ive been in oreilys and I can say that they are better than autozone they suck.

When I shop at auto zone I know I will be getting what I need wether it is in front of the counter or a part behind the counter. The stores are always clean and all employees very helpful and kind. I dont shop anywhere else.

Michael at AutoZone Santa Barbara took really good care of us. He not only sold us the parts but he did the install for us. Which was great because we didnt have the right tools for the job but he did. Cant ask for better customer service than that! Plus he was very pleasant as well. Very professional.

Great store. Knowledgeable crew. Usually the best and cheapest prices. Thats pretty much all Auto Zone stores. I find myself getting alternators, starters, oils, grease, filters, batteries, belts, headlights, and things. But you can even buy an engine. I got a quote on a 350 Chevy. Highly recommend.

After buying from several different auto parts store over many years and thinking they would all be the same, I am happy to report I was quiet wrong. The people here are very helpful and courteous. I placed an order online to pick up and I had accidentally put on two front brakes for the car I was working on rather than a front and a rear. The guy at the counter picked up on my error and asked me to make sure that I had the parts that I really needed. He caught my mistake and save me another trip down. The rest of the order was quite heavy, and the guy who helped me even helped me move the parts out to my car. Thank you for the excellent service!

Very good service. Quique took time to show how to install a replacement rear view mirror. Turned out to be a defective mirror, but nice lady replaced the the mirror with no hassle even though I didnt have a receipt. Replacement mirror is just fine.

Worse location ever I drive out to ventura instead of the Milpas location. I call on the phone and they play games and hang up. The customer service is terrible and nobody knows anything definitely wish I can rate them with a zero star not worth one star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!

Auto Zone is a great parts store. Always compare with another store to make sure of lowest prices but Auto Zone is lowest most of the time

Good selection of basic car products, friendly staff, just not enough people to do customer service to expedite the sale.

I went in to get a scratch remover and the person helping me suggested the wrong product. It would have ruined my paint. I brought it up to another staff member, and they gave me it for free due to the fact the knowledgeable employee could have ruined my cars paint.

Great place, good staff, free engine light check. Reason for 4 stars is the parking can be a little difficult.

Good service and have parts instock at good prices from the times I needed items that other parts stores did not have.

Its small, I prefer OReilleys down the street although the service here is faster with staff. Main reason I prefer the other is that the motorcycle oil is 10 buckshere and 4 bucks cheaper at the other spot.

Adam J was so incredibly helpful and nice. We had a rental car with battery issues and he did trouble shooting to help us figure out it needed a new battery and then installed it for us.

I dealt with the biggest POS just now at this Autozone. Zero customer service. In fact, they treat their customers like crap. Unfortunately, the scum I dealt with--I think he may be a manager. He is a tall Mexican guy with a beard. He is totally unhelpful and a complete dick.He acts all put out if you ask for any sort of assistance. F this place.They wont get my money.

Great guys helped me install a head light that went out at night !!!

I went so there so they could check my battery because my car was not turning on. They told me my battery was fine but sometimes are glitchy, so he offers to sell me one and if my car still did not work he would give me a refund. So I bought the new battery and my car still did not work. So in less than 10 mins, I go back and return the new battery since the battery was not the issue. He gives me the refund and tell me that he can not return my old battery because of some bogus reason in which he had given me a discount. I told him that it was unfair since he failed to tell me that at the beginning and evidently he was trying to take advantage. So he was keeping my old battery which was completely fine and the new one as well. After he realized that I was going to hold my ground. He told me that there was nothing to do because he had dispossessed it already. I told him that I was not leaving without my old battery and I was not going to buy a new one again which now was going to be more expensive since I was not getting a discount anymore and that he knew he was taking advantage. So I told him to go and get the battery and he said that he did not which battery I was talking about. I told him I knew he was very sure where my battery was since I was there less that half hour ago. So he finally gives in and and bends down to get something, and guess what!!! my battery was below the register all along. ABUSIVE PEOPLE WORK HERE AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO THEY ASSUME DONT SPEAK ENGLISH.Los trabajadores abusan de sus clientes hispanohablantes y les roban su dinero.

Had what I needed.

I went in to get a quote for an alternator, they gave me a quote and when I came back with that amount they told me I needed an extra $40 for the core that would be refunded. I then had to get an extra card involved that was my friends. When I came back with the core they said they were only able to give me store credit and on top of all of this they were rude about all of it. 👎
