Went to Paul because my Taylor Acoustic was not outputting audio through the Expression System. I thought it would require a complete disassembly with a new system. Paul was quick to diagnose the problem with the cap. He tried several caps to find the best one that fit my guitar. My cap apparently was corroded or just didnt sit well. Paul fixed the problem in a few minutes. Though he did say my Expression System was obsolete and a new system could be an option if I wanted it in the future. Excellent service and price. Very honest and professional. Would recommend him and would come back later. Thanks Paul!

Guitar Remedy is owned and run by a guy named Paul. Ive been taking my guitars to Paul for more than a decade, and hes always done a great job at a fair price. Hes able to do the simple stuff like great set ups and basic troubleshooting and repair, but he has also custom-wired my rather odd electric guitar preferences on multiple guitars. Hes conscientious, personable, responsible, and willing to try things that suit to taste. Highly recommended.

I brought Paul an old Fender acoustic with truss rod issues thinking itd be more expensive to fix than it was worth (lots of sentemental value). He was able to fix the truss rod, bridge, nut, and a few frets at a great price. Whereas before I felt like I was losing an arm wrestling contest to it, the guitar now plays like a dream. Thanks, Paul. I highly recommend giving him a visit if you need quality work done by a quality guy.

Great local spot to get your guitar repaired, set up, or customized. Ive never been disappointed in the few jobs Ive taken there. In fact, I might need a fret job in the near future...

This was my first service done by Paul ... I couldn’t be more satisfied ... it was a BIG transaction for me ... I had Paul refret my 1997 Gibson Les Paul Custom Shop Standard with stainless steel Gibson spec frets. “Nervous” was an understatement. Picked up my guitar today and it couldn’t have been any better of an experience ... the frets were master builder professional as was a couple minor requests I had made. The guitar could not be any closer to brand new than it is right now ... I’m the original owner. I will not hesitate shipping my favorite Stratocaster to Paul for some 6105 SS frets. Thank you Paul!

Great for expert Guitar repair and Vocal lessons. One of a kind!

Poor customer service.I did reply back and I informed you I did not have the serial number handy that you claimed you needed just to order the control knobs that come on the guitar. You had the year, make, and model. The other Charvel service center ordered them with no problem. This miscommunication would have never happened if you had a phone number potential customers could call or an email address. Instead, we have to set an appointment in an online appt app to even ask if you want business.

Paul is a great guy. Guitar plays great after he set it up.
