I come here often and Desi went above and beyond to find my size. At other stores I am rushed but she took the time to help me and still kept the line moving on her own. Thank you Desi, I hope you are recognized for your outstanding service, because you truly went above and beyond all on your own.

Hot Topic Rocks! They have all the best brands and styles, and movies, music, manga and comics! Tons of cool Halloween stuff and band shirts as well! The staff are mostly really friendly and helpful, although sometimes you do get a few bad apples.

You can get T shirts from Studio Ghibli!! Ponyo, Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Kikis Delivery Service, My Neighbor Totoro😃😃. Plus Rick and Morty shirts, oh, they are Endless! Great deals!

The workers were really great about following capacity and social distancing. I couldnt find my size and they were glad to help me find it and order it.

Always have loved this store. Has one of my favorite companies that makes collectibles sold there, funko! When I was much younger I love the clothes as well. great little store for millennials and people who like to collect corky things that could possibly be worth a lot of money.

Love hot topic but they didnt have much of a selection like other hot topics. Especially in band merchandise

The staff helped me decide on which jewelry I liked best. I didnt know the clearance sales and they explained it best to me. Most importantly they are really patient and respectful. They liven up the atmosphere with each of their customers and get to know them a bit more . 😁 I had such a great experience with them today

I love hot topic! They have some really cool stuff and you dont have to be a Goff or a specific group to buy from here. The only thing I wish is that they had more selection in store for the plus size. They do online but its not the same when youre at the mall and you see something cute. Normally I forget about it and never get it anyways when its not in the store.

This location was usually great to stop by in sure it was the holidays but I waited in line mind you it was all the way to the jewelry but no problem because like I said holidays but they tell me the manager is busy once Im at the front so I ask to be helped not pushed to the side as I did wait like everyone else..they call him and once he finds out its a return hes a little ride checking if I have the debit card on hand before he even starts he said but at the end of the transaction he tells me I dont even need the card ...and then cuts out my HT cash out of the coupon instead of making sure everything else was taking care of or explaining to me the money will take a few days to go back to the card Im sure he could of gave me cash back but was so focused on the HT cash coupon..mind you I still have in my email but hey I just dont want someone to have the same experience so I hope they can battle through this holiday because Im not a holiday shopper Im all the time and my GF has a HT credit card sooooo it would be mindful to be nice to people you will most likely have to help again...but hey Seasons Greetings and thanks for all the hard work from the Team members making sure were gift ready 😉

Hot topic was good over ten years ago. Why dont you guys buy from Tripp NYC anymore?!?! The clothes used to be awesome and had more goth representation. Now its emo hipster ugly trash. If I wanted to look like a nerd, Id shop at L L Bean. Ugh.

This is the first time Ive been at this location. It relatively average size store. It seems pretty well organized. I was also greeted by this sexy beast as I crossed through the entrance. I love when I am acknowledged. I love to look at all the crazy and wild kinda overpriced items and tshirts they offer. They often offer specials. The best thing about this store was the sexy beast that worked there. Stop in and say hi her name is beautiful.

Amazing clothes and style

Pretty we organized but I felt like employees were hounding me down. Constantly checking up like every 3 minutes.I work retail so i know what its like. Follow up is important but, it becomes harrassment after too much.

The staff is always there to help you. I couldnt decide on a shirt and the staff helped me through it and gave me honest opinions of how I looked. Thats all Ive really wanted from a retail store. Honest opinions

Its pretty nice, but also small, and cramped. Its very likely youll bump into someone or the merchandise. It still has everything most other hot topics do so theres never any hurt just looking, or making a quick purchase if you already know what you want.

I love how nice the workers are when they realize youre into a fandom and show you all the merch they have in the store for it

Pretty good. Lots of stuff in there isnt really affordable though. If youre looking for a pop figure, ask an employee if they have it. You DO NOT want to be looking through the big wall of pop figures they have.

Usually good experiences but yesterday there was no staff on the floor. Waited 15 minutes at the register nefore 3 employees came out of the back. Good thing Im not a thief.

Reasonably priced shirts and some random pop culture things that were really cool. Could spend some time in here just looking at all the cool things they have.

As a former Emo Kid™️, I spent a lot of my time and money here. Especially on rubber bracelets, those were good times. I now take my sister there to get her Emo Kid™️ stuff. Very proud.

I’ve noticed they are super nice when you’re buying something and super rude when you want to return something. I’d say I’ve come into contact with one nice employee. The rest have been so rude to me. I prefer shopping on their website instead and I suggest you do the same.

This is an alright hot topic. Ive been to small looking hot topics that end up having so much to offer inside but this one looks small and is small. They really needed to restock a lot of items the day I came in but thats alright. I came in looking for some earing guages but this store seems to have a painfully limited amount of earing jewelry in the rotating cases display.

This is my teenage granddaughters favorite place to shop. Always having does. Always great customer service.
