So far its been a pleasure to deal with management. Seems like a nice place. The lights above my unit dont seem to work only the two directly above my unit so its really dark inside but hopefully we can get that fixed. Otherwise pretty nice place.

Adrian was amazing! He was very honest & I really appreciate that. I will definitely recommend the storage facility. Tour & paperwork took less than 25 minutes. Very efficient & thorough.

I left my license as collateral for using a cart and when I came back to return it to get my license back I had to wait an hour and half for her to come back from lunch. Common sense would have her find me and say she was going to lunch. Very inconsiderate and rude.

Amazing site, Ive been a long time renter and the staff is wonderful. Theyre always going above and beyond to help with any issues, if theres ever a problem they nip it at the bud so it doesnt escalate. The managers do a fantastic job at keeping the site clean and in tip top shape. I highly recommend this facility to all.

To employer please add to Jordans file. He is an excellent manager with great customer service. His knowledge of the company is very well. My husband loved the unit he showed us.

Was a little nervous about neighborhood and cleanliness of property but, customer service was excellent. I felt better about location finding out that every unit is alarmed. I do think they could work on cleaning it up a little, when I was shown my actual unit there was even trash still inside.

Bad place to keep your belongings. You think your items are safe but there not.Homeless people live here my unit was broken into..Bad service

My moms items were stolen with a worth of more than $10000 and noone did anything. Noone is the manager of the storage, the owner, and SAPD!!! We were told that it had to go through insurance and if it did then only $300 were gonna be returned!!!!

I just rented a storage from here and the manager Mr. Paul Rodriguez not the comedian... was excellent informative & extremely helpful...he bent over backwards to help me out....I am very satisfied5 starsNO DOUBT

Always when a tray to paid my month no bodies is in the office waiting and waiting and the person on front is not nice to reciving my paid and i got a lot time remt maybe i looking other. Place to rent

Very bad service, I have a estorage in the second building and the manager doesnt open early And this has happened many times. I have already spoken many times to the office trying to communicate with somebody of the corporation but they do not give me information, I spoken with manager in charge but he says it never is going to hapen again, but as time passes the same thing happens, Today March/15/17 is closed the access to my storage, the elevator door doesnt open with my pasword it has key, I called the office and they said they will not open today, I am annoyed because they did not give me any notice or put some sign at the door, I feel frustrated it is not fair, I fulfill my payments month by month and respecting each of their conditions as they told me at the beginning but they are not fulfilling their service with me.

Prices are ok but its super dirty and the floors feel like theyre going to fall through. They say they have a free truck, but they dont.

Economic and very private

If there was zero, zero would put them. My things are all pissed from the mouse from months ago. I asked the previous manager to solve the problem and he did not want to validate my insurance. Then another manager came and offered to give me another unit. At the moment of moving my things it turned out that the new unit was busy, another manager (Jesica) arrived, who is more manager, the owner feels. He took away my access code for over a month. Right now there is a formal complaint in general management about this problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. P.S. There are people who live inside the units, # 1001, when it is supposed to be to store things and not a hotel.
