The customer service is hit or miss at this location. It can be a little pricey here but I love the accessories I find. Perfect woman’s boutique.

My experience was different than every other visit. The sales reps are always accommodating and have great suggestions and creativite ideas. New sales person this time. Kind of a downer. But I was still able to find what I needed. :)

First time i placed an on line order. Super easy, and Elizabeth was my sales assistant today. Wow she was awesome. I have three shops to choose from and this one is the best.

Even though I felt like I didnt have the best experience at this Brighton store I realize Brighton as a whole is not a bad company. I had a concern and they listened to me. The jewelry is very beautiful and I wont mind visiting other Brighton stores.
