We had a great experience with Smart Turf. Chris Loy came out and within a few weeks of getting our bid our turf was installed. The crew was very professional and polite. Our neighbors have really noticed the huge improvement to our front yard. Posted are before and after!

After being stood up by two artificial grass companies who made appointments for an estimate and did not bother to show up or even call or text to say they were not coming (companies who have very good reviews on Yelp and other social platforms), I made an appointment with Smart Turf. At this point I expected nothing due to my prior disappointment with the other two companies. Chris was on time for the appointment and thoroughly explained the differences between types of artificial grass, the fill that goes under the grass, and the installation process. He answered all of the questions I had at the time. He furnished an estimate and a time frame to complete the job, and he answered a few more questions that I thought of after he left my house. He was accessible, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I accepted his estimate and made an appointment to have the artificial grass installed. Beto and his crew showed up on time for the installation. They did a very good job in all phases of the installation process (removal of the old grass, removal of roots, leveling of the ground, installation of the fill that goes between the ground and the grass, installation of the grass, and cleanup). The work crew was very diligent and hard working. The job was quoted as being a three-day job, and the crew was finished in three days. The final product turned out very well, was completed on time, and exceeded my expectations. I would not hesitate to use this company again for any future artificial grass needs. I can only speak for my own experience with this company, and it was five star all the way.

Excellent company. Got a reasonable quote almost immediately when I contacted them and were patient as I struggled with my HOA to get approval. Were immediately available to install, and cleared, re-plumbed, and laid out the turf within a day. Now I get all sorts of compliments on my yard. They were recommended to me by someone and I wholeheartedly agree!

Great company to do business with. Genuine sales and non pressure sales. Had other company quote our backyard grass project and they were shady in comparison.

It wasnt a positive satisfied experience one bit. Ill start here. There wasnt a project mgr. onsite during the entire first install, thats right. it was done twice!! btw I had grass(artificial) and putting green installed. Total of around 800 1st: They didnt want to remove the dead grass/weeds in the putting green area, had to remind them that its in the contract. 2nd. they didnt have enough base material, oh. when they dropped off the base rocks in my driveway, the pile hit my car and scratched the pass door.3rd. they forgot to install weed barrier, 4th. they forgot to install a special pad in the putting green area 4th.they installed 3 nails to secure the entire project, you could lift certain areas of the grass super easy and expose the nails. dangerous if you have small child and/or pets. Staff seemed anxious wanted to leave early on the 2 days they were there. Only to leave the old man to complete the job alone .The putting green, the guy in charge of the whole project didnt speak English or very little, lucky I spoke it, what if I didnt speak it? how do you communicate on a project?. theres more disappointments but Im going to leave it here. Conclusion: They came back and made all the corrections, I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for them to return! 1-10, 10 being best.....4

I was in the area of the superstore and noticed that they are an appointment only location. I left a message and was quickly contacted by Roosevelt who set up a time to meet. He was very knowledgeable about the product and recommended the right turf and supplies for my needs. He was extremely helpful with getting my project completed in the timely manner I needed. The install was fairly simple and Roosevelt is a perfectionist in his trade. I have already referred a number of my friends and I will continue to spread the great word about this company!
