Worse customer service ever at the Santa Ana location. Receptionist never greeted me as I walked in. She looked like she hated her job. I dropped off a powerhead a week ago today. When I called to ask about an update I was told by Victor ( who initially took my service request) that his tech guy (his words) had not been in all week. I was not given a courtesy call or even sent an email. Very unprofessional!

Great curbside experience

Great company to do business with. We use nothing but the best quality wax for any of our strip and wax jobs and this is the company to get it from. Wax drives fast and is easily stripped when needed. Definitely would recommend this company for any of your sanitation needs.

Not many know that anyone can walk in and purchase Waxie products here. I just recently found out. It’s a very nice set up inside. Most items don’t have to be purchased by the case either. If you work in the maintenance/custodial/janitorial industry I’m sure you have at least heard of the Waxie brand. Stop by and check it out. I’m so glad I finally did. Service is wonderful by the way.
