The whole process from start to finish was easy! I was directed from the Huntington beach location to the Santa Ana branch where my tow boom was going to be available the next day when I needed it. Santa at the Huntington location made the appointment for me! I came to Santa Ana in the morning and Raul promptly helped me hook up to my truck and show me exactly how to operate the machine. When I returned the boom later that day, they unhooked it for me and had me out of there in no time. I was very impressed!! Thank you so much!!

This branch is full of idiots. Gave me the run around for a few hours on my rental causing me to miss my trip. They shouldnt say they have equipment to rent when they dont and they should know what they have and dont have.
